Bruh my brain doesn’t work most of the time. I can’t even be upset about it because my emotions don’t seem to exist for several seconds and it happens all the time.

@@quynhanhnn do you ever get blind sometimes while your eyes are open and something in your head makes you hear an excruciating ring sound that is not constant? It’s like a bell gong hits once but it is ridiculously higher and sounds like some sort of scream. It’s painful.

@@Okipullup6103 why was that so random but I actually experience it. I go to a military style school and we have these parades outside. I would get lightheaded and everything starts to go black and I can't see anything. I usually don't even noticed that that has happened until I gain back my vision a few seconds later. Then I start hearing these siren like noises and for some reason they sound like they're far away but so close so idk.

@@quynhanhnn you can relate to me! I have no idea if it happens to all people, but that’s definitely what I feel. Why do you think that happens? I’m not a busy person and I’m still a student, but for some reason it happens sometimes. Also happens when I wake up but it’s just that sound never stops for a while. Like something is watching me.

Same here. My body will succumb if I don't eat and I am having so much breakdowns a day if there's any mention of the food that I have to eat, it's exhausting, both physically and mentally. But her videos are sunshines❤

I struggled for years with an ED, I’m still working on it. Remind yourself of the things you’re grateful your body can do, and that food is fuel to allow you to do all of the things you want to be able to do.

Not weird at all, when I was in the thick of healing my ED, watching mukbangs and food shows helped tremendously, ppl truly passionate about food❤sending love

In Singapore hawker centres, a great rule of thumb is to go where the long lines are. That said, the touristy part of Chinatown is not where the best food is but it looked like she got a good selection anyway
