I love the bags on bags on bags packing strategy. Also, the single most important packing item is the after-race outfit. It's gotta be the most cottony soft rainy saturday afternoon clothes you own.

I ran my first Marathon( I know nothing like the 100) at BR, we were so excited to see you coming to our town. Would have loved to meet you at the finish line!! Those conditions were less than ideal! Please come back next year !

Amazing video! Super informative! Wth regards to electrolytes and liquid nutrition, I have REALLY enjoyed the Naak Drink Mix product. Good mix of carbs, proteins, BCAA and electrolytes and a great 200-250 calories per flask. Also, I don't grow tired of the flavors as much as I do with Tailwind!

surprised you didn't go with the tecton X (1 or 2). do you just like the shoes better that you selected instead?

Yeah I really like the Tectons for runs that are all trail, but with this one having so much road involved, I went for a pair that would roll forward better on pavement.
