just curious. what constitutes this game being a madden "remix" or "reskin"? Heard a lot of people claiming its gonna be that way, but with how different college football is from the NFL just as a sport, its pretty much guaranteed to be completely different. The only case I could see it being a "madden remix" is with gameplay. I imagine with how long they've been working on the game, the gameplay will feel different.

I’m 100% with you on the gameplay, dynasty and RTG. I’m more worried than excited at this point. I’ve played every NCAA since 06 and have always enjoyed it more than Madden. I have so little trust in EA that I will wait at least a month before buying it to see the reviews. Nobody who loves NCAA wants another Madden clone. I know they’re going to put MUT in the game but I wish they dropped that feature all together.

@@jaycie3558 sure thing bro! Basically in 2019ish they started adding the feature in hard. They had collectible cards and stuff you could unlock through game play since 2013, but then they started focusing on online play and monetizing the card packs. So now you have people dropping thousands of dollars (literally) on these MUT card packs for the chance of getting good players to compete in online play. Basically it’s pay to win. And since all the money is flowing to MUT they basically have ignored all the other game features because it doesn’t make them any money. To compound the problem, the engine is on Frostbite instead of the physics based ignite engine so the game is hella buggy and each year they keep adding code on the already broken code in frostbite so it’s just one big cluster. And I blame MUT for about 80% of it.

What you guys fail to realize this game has been in development like 3-4 years unlike the yearly release of madden. Also this game has been built solely for current gen and not a cross gen game so they have been solely prioritizing strictly for PS5 and Xbox series consoles and not last gen so yeah the game will be better than madden. Sometimes people need to use critical thinking and stop all the nonsense assumptions and not using common sense.

The tier system want happen college football is built on upsets so if a guy fav team is Kansas and he wanna take his team up against Ohio St its his option to quit on the setup screen

@AntthonyHendrixIIIgaming One feature they need to bring back for online head to head is the lobby rooms. That's how I met people and made a lot of friends. Especially those text chats in the lobby rooms too. And plus you can also choose whoever you wanted to play against by looking at their record and they would have different levels depending on your skill. You could also create your own lobby and have people join too. That is a must have feature they should bring back, that's what made ncaa football online special back in the day💯

It’s EA..It’s going to be a Madden reskin as far as gameplay. It’s going to be loaded with micro transactions. It is what it is. I’m still buying it day 1 🤷🏾‍♂️

The fact they delayed this game and EA always made NCAA lets me know this game is going to have an EPIC comeback. Why the hell would they just give us a Madden reskin after taking this long??? College football games always been better than Madden💯💯💯 I’m hyped to see the equipment features we’re gonna be able to mess with. Like how official is it going to look? These NCAA MODS out there could definitely be the template they use for the equipment features.

I'm not overly impressed with what I'm seeing. I thought the EA Golf game was going to be great last year and it was trash. That was a complete dud on a return to a franchise. It was nowhere near as good as those Tiger Woods games. I can see this turning out the same way. I don't have a lot of faith in EA.
