Right, I ordered the rear diffuser for my car and once it arrived I had it painted in that area specifically. If you want to have the same thing done, just show whoever you take it to what you want and they should be able to mask the area off and only paint the center section.

I did have to trim a bit of the speaker’s mounting bracket to get it to slide into the hole in the door panel, but I used the factory speaker bracket to mount them so the magnet clearance wasn’t an issue. If you want to send me a DM on Instagram I can send you a pic of what mine looked like.

Right, I noticed I said that but they’re just coaxials.

I modified the wiring harness and cut out the bits that took signal from the high beams. What remained was just one relay with incoming power that went to a simple on/off switch on the dash that activated the lights.

@@collinryser it'd be awesome if you'd make a video on this. I don't have the courage myself to tinker with cars wiring, and there's none on the internet that explains this

If I had built it myself I may have done it that way, but I got it second hand and putting the red mirrors on it made me plenty happy.

This wasn’t something I was using with other people around, I get what you’re saying. And I hate when people drive with their brights on in the city. At the time those lights were something I was using for interstate driving at night when there really was no one else around. They were super bright and focused enough that they lit my lane ahead of me without lighting up oncoming traffic to my left.

cool just looking for ideas I have an old 07 mini a with the turbo already swapped ..its fast af..need to get the head walnut blasted they dont tell u how much those direct injection cars will carbon up on the valves....I would suggest an oil catch can if u dont already have one

Oh yeah, the second gens are really bad about that. Have you had it tuned after the turbo? My favorite power mod I’ve done has been the meth injection. Lots of cooling, lots of timing, lots of torque.
