Connie blew me away with how well she designed and organized the inside of her Honda Element. For such a tiny car she has everything she needs to live comfortably while traveling.

I owned one for 4 years and let my brother talk me into signing it over to him. I wish I had never let it go! I regret giving it up so much. I loved it. Nothing like the feel of driving an element!

She Did an amazing job with her element . I am seriously considering these babies. I wish they were hybrid so you could use the car for climate control but oh well. I want to find one with the ECamper so you can sleep above and stand up in your vehicle. The Element has a large car camping community and loads of accessories. The Hero swivel seats are the bomb. But watching your video I can see how you could get on the road and enjoy it immediately. Thanks for another grand video and sharing the information . Thanks Connie grand build.

I'm an Element owner and I love the way Connie has built her space. Most of the Element builds use the side wall for shelving and it those don't leave much floor space like Connie's does. Thanks for sharing.

I have a 2007 Element and I am apart of the cult lol. I got mine for $6,500 and I love it so much. It’s my little home from home. I’ve had it for almost 2 years and I still get excited when I get to go somewhere in my car.

Very nice! I have a Honda element and thought about going this route - but - same thing - the demand was so high on the elements - I decided to keep it as my everyday car because I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Other than the double doors opening - I always love the fact that the floor wasn't carpet (in my model it isn't) and I could use the leaf blower to "vacuum" out the element- We wound up going the van route - but did a no build approach as well! Love seeing you getting out there and just enjoying the journey! Keep making memories & adventure on! ~Karen & Shannon WOY

Such a great interview and helped me a lot because I also own an Element and I am interested in using it for camping. I have a Rightline Gear SUV tent that hooks to the back with the tailgate open and will use that as a lounge and kitchen, also nice to stand up to dress, etc. The one modification I would like, that I have seen on KZfaq, is a kit to fix the tailgate so that it opens from inside the car. I think that would make it much easier than having to climb to the front seat. I will keep you posted if I purchase the kit and have it installed. Another thing that I love about the Element is the fact that I can pop the seats out anytime I like to camp but when I return home, I can put them back in and have a four seater car again. I have seen minivans where people have to remove their seats and get rid of them, so it will never be a passenger car again. Thanks so much for the info on Setpower cooler and the measurements I will need. This was a terrific tour of your rig and I love to see what other people do with their Elements. You are correct when you say that they retain their value and are a much sought after vehicle! Enjoy your time together ladies and hope to see you on the road some day!

@@lizzettemarquez2862it's an 800 watt inverter, but only 716 (?) watt hours, still, plenty for a CPAP that uses 30wph. Even one of the smaller Bluettis would work for that. I have one that's 300 watts, 600 watt hours.

I have a CPAP and a Jackery 1000 and can run my CPAP for two nights at home and only drain it down to 35%. However my first night car camping it ran down to 35% after just one night. It was a very cold night, I wonder if that had anything to do with it? Wish I knew what kind of CPAP she has. Mine is much larger and has a water reservoir. Maybe I need something smaller.

Check with your doctor or maybe a medical supply place can help you with one that may be more energy efficient. Good luck.

I was reading about mine. The water reservoir, higher pressure, and heated hoses all contribute to a quicker drain.

What size power bank is really dependent on your needs, what you will be using-a CPAP, fridge, small electronics etc. They can also be charged while driving by plugging into the 12v socket.
