I mean the gamplay in backround is only for peapole who have low attention span (its common problem now cuz tiktok-like videoes yt shorts, tiktoks etc.) so its just there to have somthing that moves and attracts at least some attention

A few months ago I talked in dms with Concerned Ape about different ways irl that vinegar is made since it was odd that we had no way to produce it ourselves unlike almost all other things that have an alternative obtainment methode instead of Piere. And he seemed interest in how he could go about adding it, so looking forward to that.

If I were to guess ConcernedApe responding to the Terraria tweet with a cat emoji, I’d guess the Meowmere is going to me in 1.6 as an endgame item, prob requiring *many* prismatic shards

i think a good idea could be needing high love (at least grandpa candle worthy) with your pet, and it would unlock at a trader i.e. QI, desert, or Island for maybe 5 shards, with it having galaxy sword melee damage or maybe lower, as well as a copper or iron ore w/ master slingshot equivalent damage on a ranged attack that bounced once, didnt pierce, and had limited range, but could be aimed w/ the mouse or similar

As much as I'd love the meowmere in Stardew, I'd like a brief interaction with the Dryad out in the wilderness, even if just a one off. Idk, I think I just wanna see the Dryad drawn in Stardew's artstyle.

The first thing that came to mind to me was the Desert Tiger Staff, though the meowmere probably makes a lot more sense being a sword they could "just" do some kind of special effect for. ...That said, a companion to deal with critters in the mine for you would be pretty neat.

The Joja Parrot is especially intriguing to me right now, since I have a 'joja supporter' save file (for the achievement) that currently is unfinished so doesn't have ginger island unlocked. I think when I do I might leave it alone until the update...

I think the Meowmere would be cool, and I think that there is also a chance that it will be the Terraria Town Cat as a pet option. I personally think that it might just end up being the Town Cat just because the Stardew crossover items in Terraria are more so novelty than practical, like the Joja Cola and the pets. Edit: I stand corrected 💀

7:23 this reminds me of something that happened in the binding of Isaac community not so long ago. A mod called REPENTAGON was made by some people which changed the modding API for Isaac. This made the creation of mods easier as well as being able to bring older mods to the newer dlc easier.

I wish that theyd add some of the most well known mods to the console and mobile versions as like a toggle option, id love be more than happy to pay for it as extra dlc.

Ok..... I'm gonna be mildly perturbed if we get a seasonal map before seasonal HUD tiles(as in all crops and fish and other items linked to specific seasons should have a color coding to reflect that, so i don't have to look st seeds or a wiki when I'm going through stuff like the community bundles) Seasonal HUD tiles would actually change how the game plays(for a lot of us i imagine) and the map is just a nice little (that couldnhave easily been avoided or delayed if he just said "the map is paper and paper doesn't show active information like that")

It’s because Terraria crossovers have a history of going both ways, so because Terraria got something people assumed something Terraria related might pop up in SV

I feel like the cat could be meowmere, meowmere minecart, possible something related to the deser tiger staff, something related to the town cat, cat vanity set (from the goodie bags) or possibly something related to the Zoologist.....There is weirdly a lot of cat related items in Terraria now that i think about it

Woah, i can't believe the terraria developers went as far as to change the name of the game and it's core mechanics! Also, that jump from 1.4.5 to 1.6 seems a little risky, but i take it!
