Do you remember how much that first dinner cost? Where they kept bringing you things... Were they being generous and sharing cuisine or were they taking advantage of tourists? sometimes its a fine line!

If you ever get to travel again, I would suggest asking at the reception of your hotel where to go for the best pizza. Most times, the places that actively encourage visitors to vote on trip advisor will rank at the top, even if they are not that good. The locals that work at the hotel though usually know all the best spots.

This is a very bittersweet video. All I want to do is return to Italy and Eat. Ristorante al grottino in Capri had a cool old school vibe and memorable zucchini flowers and pasta.

I bought those San Carlo 1936 Antica Ricetta chips a while ago, in Montreal. We've got a great Italian imports grocery store, Berchicci. The variety of Italian wares is large. When it's the Christmas season, you can find around 30 - 50 varieties of Panettone.

When I went to Rome before the troubles restaurants had signs saying something like please don't ask us for pizza otherwise we won't serve you. I actually wanted to taste an authentic pizza as well. I did. A back street tiny restaurant served pizza without incident 😊

you need to go to a pizzaria to ask for Pizza. What you did is essentially a tourist came into a Denny's and asking for, well, pizza.

Omg, been to Italy and nonetheless almost every single dish is mispronunced. My ears are bleeding! What's with Caprí? It's not a french city, it's pronunced Càpri! Omg!!!
