Roopsa Chakraborty I was just as surprised. People use the title Dr to con people into thinking they are experts. Another is Dr Eric Berg, who is a chiropractor but pretends to be a medical doctor. I listened to his advice and almost dying. Not lying.

Michelle Mc., but there’s plenty of people who have no problems with their skin. Products don’t always fix your skin, even if you find the right ones. They would work as of currently but your skins also could get use to it. But these are a few of many situations that can be possible.

1. EXPENSIVE is not always BETTER. There are many good budget friendly options. Invest wisely, it will pay off. 2. ORDER (cleanse, tone, serum maybe, moisturizer, sunscreen) and steps depend on skin type-specific needs. 3. NO JEWELLERY, NO HOT WATER, WASH THOSE HANDS FIRST. 4. NO COCONUT OIL (unless it works for you) 5. DON'T FORGET THE NECK 6. BE GENTLE 7. ALWAYS TAKE OFF YOUR MAKE-UP BEFORE SLEEPING 8. DRINK THAT WATER 9. Be careful with exfoliation. 10. Visit a doctor at least once for your skin (for skin type and needs you may have) and BE CONSISTENT on your routine.

Take time to know your skin and the ingredients you're putting on, I swear, it'll change your skin for the better and will save you money. One thing I've learned is, if a product is not meant for the face, don't use it!

My whole life I’ve struggled with acne and all the dark spots and pores and my family never taught me about taking care of my skin. I’ve learned so much from magazines and especially ESPECIALLY KZfaq on how to take my skin and what to use and which products are great for my skin especially MY ACNE!!!!! Anyone who has acne my tip on how to help clear skin is using Differin deep cleansing face wash and my vanity planner spin brush which has helped my skin so much. Trust me this face wash is like the drugstore Proactiv and the night I bought it and used it my face felt differin and helped my skin so much.

This made me feel like we are all idiots pumping our a lot of our hard earned money into the pockets of the manufacturers, the distributors, the influencers, etc. Is any of it actually doing anything more than helping us cope with getting older. Are most of us just experiencing a placebo affect? People that have never used skin care products before probably notice some improvement in their skin initially, but after that, I'm not so sure. Don't get me wrong, I've bought into it myself; however, I do wonder if it's the message that I'm caught up in or if I'm actually getting some good benefits from them. I'm afraid to stop just in case they are right and the wheels are going to fall off if I do. Ugh.

I have been using coconut oil for removing makeup for years now... Nothing bad has happened... My skin is glowing.. It's the most affordable 100% pure oil u can get.. But skincare is subjective ❤
