It is explained that Marion lives with Loomis, caring for the elderly man in his final years. She still lives in his house after his passing. So, Michael actually went to Loomis’s house, not Marion’s.

You didn’t remove a sin for her shouting Michael with the fire axe in her hand, that was a badass scene when the movie came out. Until then loomis was the only one who dared to go toe to toe with him, she straight up called Michael out for a challenge.

You missed perhaps the most crucial sin: *how the hell is Michael alive in the first place?* Did he somehow find a way to heal burn scars and re-grow eyes? Michael's not any kind of supernatural entity in this timeline. He was pretty damn dead at the end of Halloween II, and the fact that this movie just totally ignores that is maddening.

She didn't just kill any old paramedic. She killed the toughest damn paramedic ever. The guy claws his way out of a body bag, goes through a windshield, rides the hood of the van into a ravine, and survives being sandwiched into a tree. All while having a broken larynx. Not the brightest guy, though. Probably should've used his hands to take the mask off.

The anniversary thing actually makes sense (at least a little bit). Michael killed Judith when she was 17. Then he tried to kill Laurie when she was 17. Then he tries to kill John when he is 17.

...oh wow, you're right. In both the Scream and Halloween franchises, the other franchise exists as a work of fiction. Which means everyone in those universes should be destroyed by the implosion of the fourth wall. Or we do a finger snap and erase 1 franchise. I vote Scream. Oh, it's already over? Good job, Thanos!

Or maybe they could be in the same universe? Like, Isn't Scream a movie in the Scream universe too? I don't think it was called scream, but like didn't the 2nd movie start during a showing of it in a theatre? Maybe the same thing happened with Halloween. Like someone decided to make a movie based off Michael's murders and then a few decades later they did a movie based on the Ghostface killer. idk i'm sorry if this makes no sense I'm very tired but i thought it might be interesting.

I always figured that they probably made a movie based on the events of Halloween, which was then referenced in the h20 universe's version of scream. Just because murders usually do get films based on them despite how tasteless it is to do so

The biggest issue for me in this movie was the soundtrack. It is the exact Scream soundtrack except with a few alterations. It takes away the authenticity of the franchise.

I always interpreted the ending as the force of the impact having driven the evil out of Michael, at least temporarily. His reaching out to Laurie is his attempt for her to see the real him, if only for a moment. (Yes, I know Resurrection tells us it wasn't even Michael, but that seems like a be stunt to me).

This movie has it's flaws sure, but it's still a solid installment in the franchise. And the ending with Laurie chopping off Michael's head was the perfect way to end the Halloween series. Resurrection was crap and it never should have been made.

Glen Akers actually the paramedic scene was shot directly after this it was planed from the beginning. Resurrection was meant to happen even if it want good.

How did he survive being thrown through the windshield of an ambulance without any injuries, sit up exactly like Michael would right after he was thrown through the windshield, and then survive getting hit by and pinned to a tree by the ambulance? It doesn't make any sense.

to me, the dumbest thing about this series is how many young kids, on HALLOWEEN, are home with their babysitter instead of being out trick or treating. Any kid would be REAL upset at not being able to get some of that candy

Jeremy, to answer your question about where Michael Myers was since they did away with Halloween 4-6 for this, he was probably camped out at the Myers House, where he ate rats and stockpiled cans of baked beans. All the while, he was exercising like a fiend in preparation for that part where he climbed down off the ceiling pipe to surprise Laurie in the hallway.

I watch the Halloween and Scream movies with my cousins and brother. We recently watched H20 and suddenly realized a lot of mistakes that were made during the movie and we couldn't stop rewinding and laughing haha. Especially during this scene, 12:00 when Charlie then faces Michael Myers and his mask was animated x)
