Gavin do you not understand the concept of “shoot first ask questions later” or are you being purposefully stupid. I’m not trying to be rude, but your talking about ignorance when it seems like you didn’t even read the other persons comment properly. It’s obvious he means that they act first, then ask permission after they have already acted, only to lie when the permission to act is denied. Honestly, I’m not even sure why this needs an explanation. I hope I’m the one who misunderstood your comment, otherwise your the one who seems ignorant.

Except NOOOOOO- It's a Terminal goddamned it (end of the line) not a Station (point on a continuous line). ie Penn Station is a Station as it goes thru to Long Island (east) & New Jersey (west). 6:25 - in international logistics/not sailor - but using Suez Canal would have been about the same distance as going around the Cape of Good Hope. The Suez gets congested with other ships as does Gibraltar, so you would potentially lose some time around those points. Not ideal when you're carrying livestock. Going south from Suez forces a ship to be exposed to all of Somalia and the piracy that comes with it. Lastly, unless that ship is chartered/carrying a full load of goods from New York to Kenya, it will be making other stop along the way to pick up more cargo/discharge cargo from New York. Makes the voyage more economical.

Also I believe it would depend on where exactly in Africa you were headed, since if you’re headed to say, Kenya from NYC, heading through the Med, then south through Suez and then around the Horn of Africa, past Somalia, would not only be more dangerous but also slightly slower, correct me if I’m wrong.

I’m surprised there was no sin given during the individual box scene about the light. How was Gloria’s box that lit up with two boxes on top of her box clearly obstructing the light’s path?

In the following seconds, the camera changes to the boxes exterior (so you can see how the boxes are stacked directly on top of each other).
