I honestly stopped watching this video after she said, "Jake is in love with someone who is so anti-social, she doesn't even have a job, let alone friends." This is insulting because I'm anti-social and I don't have friends either. Throughout the show you can tell that Ava doesn't have a job because she's a little depressed. Sleeping a lot is a sign of depression and she doesn't have friends because shes been hurt by them time and time again. Anyway the point is, there's no reason Jake shouldn't like a girl that's anti-social. The first couple points you made is complete bogus. Her dads are rich so they pay for her apartment. That's something that's totally plausible. The grandma liking the guy that's younger is supposed to be a funny joke. Yes the grandma likes him, but is that really a bad thing? It's not like she's acting on it. If you don't like this series just say it. Don't try to think up things that's not true. This is leaning a little more toward adult jokes, so I completely understand if you don't like it. I will say that this series isn't without it's flaws, but the ones you listed aren't some of them.
