I've heard True Lies is actually really hard to find a watchable version. I forget what the case was, but there was also an animated movie that had its rights bought by a director so he could show it in the background. Distribution of the movie died as they never planned to sell the animate movie to anyone. I know it's a different point, but just what I know.

One thing to note why Xander was able to get involved with the criminals is because he is well known for being, well, XXX. The bad guy's brother even says that he is a fan of Xander's work. Basically, it is like an Argo situation; the incredible stupid ridiculous idea was crazy enough that no one would have thought it was fake. So Xander walking up "Hey, I want to see Yorgi 'cause I want a bunch of cars" works for that reason.

Sarcasmitron Consider this: there was only one guard, which spent most of his time on the toilet, no surveillance, the gear was conveniently placed right in the next room and instead of putting a remote triggered bomb or a motion sensor bomb in it, he used a time bomb. If you see it that way, then the escape WAS way to easy.

You missed one big Cinema sin. When they crash the car off the bridge the car hits the bottom and explodes then his men collect the cameras from the car and takeoff. How would any of those cameras still be functional after falling from a 500 foot bridge in bursting into flames?

Ahhh...I remember that line from the cartoonish villain in minute 14:34 - 14:40, where the villain says: "these guys attacked those guys, those guys attack these guys, and soon the whole world implodes." I remember laughing so hard in the theater at the unintentionally bad dialog. The fact that the script writer did not have the decency to name who "these guys" and "those guys" are, shows how inept and lazy the writing was.

10:04 - Actually, they did have 2 people check his body and they mentioned it was "paint". However, it's a deleted scene as they would have probably known right away Xander was an Agent if it was left in. So it was cut for that reason. **Adds another sin**

One or two extra sins involving the avalanche scene: according to my Ski Patrol friend, two small frag grenades would not be enough to trigger an avalanche. Usually they use charges of 2 pounds of dynamite or more. The slide would be more likely be triggered by him riding down the mountain. Also, why not follow the slide instead of being chased by it?
