awesome analysis of Clancy easter eggs! Wanted to add that in Next Semester on the club wall to the right of Josh is a half folded poster with lyrics from "Fake You Out' - Vessel: "Our brains are sick but that's ok". Didn't realize that Josh might be mouthing "Help Me" in Routines, with the creepy bishop lurking behind him in the shadows! 🫨

@@ewolfgirl I also didn’t notice the “help me” until researching further- the more you know! And thanks for adding that about the poster in Next Semester! I was sure there had to be more hidden but I just couldn’t find anything myself, so I’m glad to hear that there was a little something else!

Do you know why Clancy doesn’t have black hands or neck in Paladin Strait until they start walking to Dema? I have my own ideas/theories, but I haven’t seen anyone include that in their videos. I just thought it was interesting that he didn’t have it on and that seems to be the only video he wasn’t wearing the black hands and neck… other than Lavish.

@@user-ms8mb4qn9b That’s a great question, especially since Clancy doesn’t have the black paint in Navigating which takes place before Paladin (only tyler has it when he’s in the field playing the bass). If i were to guess i would say it could be due to Clancy’s growing anxieties about the outcome of the fight, since we know that the paint symbolizes his anxieties/insecurities. This would fit especially with lines like “can’t be sure that I’ll make it” and “I’m past the point of no return.” The closer he gets to Dema, the more his anxieties grow… maybe this could be a future theory!

Routines in the night had so much more. All the Eras represent by the different colored rooms, and the old practice room before Josh was in the band and so much more

Midwest Indigo also has the Heavydirtysoul video reference when Tyler rides with the camera near Josh. And there's another one connection between Backside and Paladin Strait mv (but maybe only in my mind): the moving of camera angle shooting the trees when the storm starts in the first one, and the same moving angle when Clancy running through sewery system.

These are really good. Your previous vid has me thinking about all sorts of things and one of them is that every single Clancy song is a mirror of a BF song. This vid i think highlighted multiple clues to what the parallels might be. I.e. ride and Midwest indigo. Backslide and stressed out. I’ve seen a couple people on Reddit post a theory like this. There are 13 Clancy Songs, and 14 BF songs… Someone who did a whole theory on this thinks the one missing is HDS. But i like the Next semester parallel you pointed out. So not sure which track would be missing a mirrored song. Maybe you could make a new vid on that? Pairing each song? 😁There are tons of lyric parallels as well as music video connections. So maybe a bonus track coming before the ultimate chapter in 2025? It would make sense because if the tracks on Clancy gets to 14, then it would be 11 more to make 25 total. And Tyler put out that one weird tweet with 11 random letters… Great work on these Easter eggs!

You could count The Craving single as an extra? And it seems like Overcompensate may be the odd one out, if the sequence starts with HDS/Next Semester. Someone should find the original discography from the Digital Remains, because the track listing used to be different (and I think Overcompensate was the only one of the single that moved.)

In the documents posted on the Dmaorg website, there's a sentence that says something about a "blue door, that leads to a place where the walls are all gray". In the "At The Risk Of Feeling Dumb " music video, around 2minutes and 30 seconds, we can see a door in the background. At first i thought it was just a random door, BUT, after this door scene, the setting changes from a rural area to a large city (with gray walls). Exactly after this door scene.

Pattern: Next Semester is Heavydirtysoul, Backslide is Stressed Out, that makes either The Craving (single) or Midwest Indigo...Ride. Midwest Indigo has them playing outdoors, which could be significant. The Blurryface songs align with different bishops, putting Nico (Stressed Out) In Backslide, where we can hear the low-peddle voice of Blurryface. Can anyone check the original order of the songs from the Digital Remains to see if they align there? Edit: So the blinding sun is also a Ride reference??
