Love this home in Clermont. My favorite home love the Bonus & 2 bedrooms upstairs. My adult children living upstairs. Guest downstairs and love first floor bedroom.

Hey Marlon. Ok now with the front elevation. 🙌🏼. Love it. Large home. 4000 sq ft. Should be 6 beds/6 1/2 baths. But I’m watching. Nice view on entry. Beautiful spacious front bedrooms and bathroom. Like the cutout with railing. Formal dining a little small as there’s no breakfast nook but agreed. A longer table could fit. Large kitchen. Space couldn’t been a smidge wider between stove and counter but ok. Great pantry and storage. The drop zone of size. Laundry small but will do. That back staged office could be a changing room from the pool. Bathroom and door is perfect. Covered lanai. Get an outdoor kitchen and pool in that huge backyard. 🙌🏼. Spacious primary with set back private double door entry. Would like bay windows. His/her closets before the en-suite. Like the separate sinks. Need a linen closet more than the tub. Downstairs enough but that bonus space did look fabulous in the preview. Amazing space. Wetbar and fridge. Big bathroom. That first bedroom looks bigger than the primary. You’re saying it as I’m typing 😂. Upstairs is big enough for each bedroom to have an en-suite and a 1/2 bath outside for friends Netflix and chilling in that amazing space. Great home Marlon. I would use the extra storage place in the kitchen for pet supplies. Didn't like the dining area. I agree with you every time you talk about the placement of the oven

With the size of this house and price tag... it lacks a lot!! The flow is weak, the dining area is forces. With the amount of people and gatherings one would have here the storage / pantry is half the size it should be. That lenai is ridiculous. The best thing about this home is the curb appeal.

Nice house but the kitchen spacing layout is kind of bit weird I think - I don’t like the idea of putting a fridge next to the oven - weird positioning but ok - some builders are weird I guess- storage is nice though laundry room small but doable

Clermont actually got some of the least impact from the storm. The lower areas like orlando, winter park area got alot of flooding unfortunately.
