AGM vs Lithium? Should you run a DCDC charger? Power boxes? What Ah battery do you need? There's a lot to think about when setting up a 12v power set up in your car or canopy, so today we're going to run through the basics and discuss the pros and cons of each component.

One thing people don't factor in is the fact lithium charges much quicker as well. While an AGM might take 8 hours to fully recharge, a lithium will take half the time. The only downside is the cost, but factor in the lifespan of the battery and you come out on top. Best decision I ever made was to invest in lithium.

That’s an excellent point and definitely a huge plus - I’m thinking lithium is definitely on the cards for me when it comes time for a new battery
