About a decade ago I believe I stumbled across this channel with a mindset so drastically different from where I'm at now. All this time passed and here I am back here on the path I started such a long time ago. The rabbit holes been deep. The understanding and discovery is never ending. Love your channel ❤ I do have to say that I do not agree with chakras being too open. What probably happened when you spent time in that blue room, is that it was developing this chakra. The throat chakra governs self identity. The way blockages are removed is by confronting them. Let's say, all over sudden you talked to much or too loud, thats not because it's over active but because you have a blockage that makes you feel like you're not being heard. In this case it would've needed some inner work. Just because too much of something happens, doesn't mean it's over active, it's just another way to try to compensate for the real deal. Ayyyy I learned this on my own! Looking down through my third eye and working my way down to the bottom chakra, because I feel like we’re usually existing between the ears, and disregard our lower being and try to ignore it. At least I do , it’s cool to be in your head if your chakras are aligned, but there’s so much more to explore the deeper you get, and the top of the pyramid will fall if the foundational properties are out of line . Be comfortable moving up and down , and then any discord can be immediately addressed and brought back into harmony .

This was way better than the first. Also loved the Airbender quotes. I incorporated chakras into my writing as well. While the writing is fantasy/fiction, I think there is some truth to it. Root: raw, aggressive power. Blunt. Savage. Bestial. Red, like blood. Tied to survival, fear, rage. Those who have this dominant chakra are monstrously strong, but unrefined. Their abilities are simplistic, brute force. Sacral: calm, but warm and lovimg. Tied to reproduction, but also to restoration. As within, so without. While the outward manifestation is reproductive of the whole, inwardly it is the same energy that reproduces cells, thus healing. Nurturing, like the mother or the father. Orange and warm like a fire. Those who have this as their dominant chakra are excellent healers. Abdominal: noble, strong, athletic. Tied to bodily strength and skill. Warm and invigorating like the sun. These make for excellent warriors, acrobats, and, given their skill with the physical, users of the terrestrial elements of earth and water. Heart: Green as the grass and the forests, inherently tied to nature. As the middle chakra, it is tied to polarities as well, such as above and below, light and dark, positive and negative. Those with this as their dominant chakra tend to be excellent shamans, being able to connect on a spiritual level with the spirits of nature, animals, etc. Throat: the chakra of voice and communication. Blue, like the sky, but also like magic, for this is the chakra of names. It is names that give us power over a thing. When we speak or think of a thing, it comes before us. Magic cannot truly exist without representation, nor can science, or the arts. Those dominant in this chakra are excellent artists and sorcerers, but also leaders. Third eye: indigo, a darker blue, but with elements of purple. It lay between the crown and the throat, and deals with imagination. It is here that the abstract first truly touches the real. This is a chakra entirely of mind and thought. It is tied to dreams. Those dominant in this chakra are likely to be sages, powerful psychics, mystics, or philosophers. They have little practical talent, though, stuck in the clouds. In my writing, ones aura glows the color associated with your most dominant chakra, sometimes more than one. There's also darker and lighter variants, as well as pure black and pure white aura. These have to do with your alignment between creation and destruction. In the casting of magic, there are seven steps, corresponding to the chakras, steps which form a circle as they are done in both directions. Conception: the idea or intent behind the spell. Crown chakra. Imagination: envisioning the spell and its outcome, manifesting in the mind. Third eye. Invocation: naming of that which you intend to manipulate (the forces, elements, etc), announcing your intentions internally to your aura, naming the spell itself. Throat chakra Sensation: feeling the nature of the spell within you, its polarity (creative, destructive, neutral). Making it a part of you for a brief moment. Heart Chakra. Manifestation: bringing the spell out of you and into the world by action, physically or energetically. Abdominal chakra. Vitalization: giving it life, a part of you (you're literally turning a tiny bit of your spirit into another type of energy. It will regrow). This spell is like your child (and reproduction is a magical act, by the way). Sacral chakra. Energization: throwing your energy behind the spell with passion and ferocity to bring it into reality. Root chakra. Then you take this and go back up the chain, forming a circle. And out of that comes magic. It is possible to cast without doing all of this, but it will be incomplete. Just casting with the root will result in a bunch of wasted energy and a weak spell. Just casting from the crown has no power behind it, so it will fail. To cast a full spell, the circle must be complete. Another thing to note istat the chakras aren't just within us. They're also in all things. These are universal types of energy. The universe has chakras too. So do your individual cells, even the atoms. I associate them with certain archetypes, like the gods of ancient pantheons. Odin/Artemis for the root Ostara/Poseidon for the sacral Hermes/Athena for the abdominal chakra. Asmodeus/Aphrodite for the heart. Thoth/Vak for the throat. Lucifer/Sophia for the third eye Hades/Guanyin for the crown. I chose Hades instead of Zeus because Hades is the gid of the dead and the underworld, and therefore the spirit world. He knows all secrets and the great mysteries. He is a god of wealth too. Guanyin, as a Bodhisaatva of compassion, is in all things and is purely enlightened. As a sound healer I found that this was an amazing way to empower the chakras. I stopped doing this practice after a while as I found that the people coming to see me were relying on the sessions and not on empowering themselves. I found this frustrating as the tuning forks I used came up with the same issues week in week out. I found Ki Gong as one of the best ways to holistically heal the physical and energetic body, and was so taken by it, I became an instructor. Now I know when I have an imbalance and work on the area still using either sound or physical movement and sometimes energy hands, which is like reiki. It certainly is a powerful practice once you get the gist of it and I would suggest everyone go down this route of energising their chakras as it empowers you to be the best version of yourself and allows you to keep growing into your infinite potential. That bit about a persons room color effecting thier chakras, reminded me of an invention by Ralph Ring. Besides helping develope the OTC X1, he also made this kinda passive filter that blocks a light frequency, thus coloring the light that passes through. It required no electricity and can be easily changed to a different freq with a slider. He built an entire room of this into the walls and claims it greatly helps his mood. You should look into Ralph, he has a lot of inventions that work on the laws of nature.

Cool video. When i do reiki, I chant the sounds for the different chackras. heres some from bottom chackra to top chakra (all long): Laaaaam - Vaaaaam - Raaaaam - Yaaaaam - Haaaaaaam - Auuuum - Oooooom. :) And when in balancen they are thier color. If the chakras are all white, they are also in balance. :)

The average human has 3 color cones, red, green, and blue. With these three we only are able to see a total of 16,777,216 colors. If we had more color cones we would see even more colors that exist. We must recognize all chakras in order to be harmony.
