God forbid someone gives an opinion that goes against the lily white perfectionist image of Ryerson.Lol. How much more research can he possibly do? If you were to look at certain areas of ryerson from their webpage, one could possibly deduce that there is a lot more greenery when advertised.

@@CALLMEMONDAY_ I am guessing that you grew up in Toronto for most of your life. It is easy for someone outside of ontario or outside of the city to make presumptions about the city, even with the reccomended research. Toronto in itself, including the surrounding gta, is a big place. It could be easy for a first generation immigrant to mix up the places that he researches when looking at Ryerson's downtown campus. Even when you look up downtown toronto and Ryerson's downtown campus, it gives you web links to the queens park at UOFT, High park and the toronto harbour front. It could be easy for someone not familiar with the city to make the assumption that all these places are within walking distance. We, as Torontonians, need to stop making assumptions about city knowledge and culture being common knowledge to all. We are but one small part of a much bigger world.

Hey, I got accepted into trsm business management, how is it considering studies and job market after graduation Also is the co op program available to all applicants

@@osamabukhari7504 I graduated and got a job within 4 months, it's a well respected degree especially in Toronto area. Studies are pretty much the same as any other comparable business program in Canada, maybe slightly less competitive. As far as co-op goes, I think you apply for it after first or second year, and you need something like a 3.3 GPA to get in. Not certain though I didn't do it.

@@osamabukhari7504 Co-op is a great program, do it if you can. I didn't do it because it was introduced while I was in second year and it would have been a huge scramble to apply, plus I had an internship lined up for the summer already.

Depends on where you wanna go, but based on what I've heard University of Guelph and McMaster University are probably your best bet. The University of Toronto is Canada's #1 school, but the students there don't seem as happy as the students at UofG and McMaster do.

I think so because I did some research for you and it said how it is ranked as one of the best schools for fashion design in 2019. Overall, it's a pretty good school academic wise so you should definitely go, well if you do plan to go that is.

Alessandra Castellini I think OCAD would be a better option tbh

After doing A LOT of research because I wanted to major in architecture, the best universities I know are Ryerson, Waterloo, but definitely not OCAD. Ocad University does not have architecture program but they do have environmental design and some students that majored in that program eventually graduated and had to go to universities that had architecture programs. UoT doesn't have a good architecture undergrad because based on the prerequisites u only need English but normal architecture programs require Advanced function, Calculus and Physics as the main courses to get into. So yes as far as I know Ryerson is a very good choice to do undergrad architecture.

Also really important info. UOT undergrad architecture is BA ( Bachelor or Arts) and real architecture programs are BArch ( bachelor of architecture) and MArch. But UOT only has MArch.
