The top 5 alliances will automatically register if they don't, but nothing about others can't participate!

day 1 of this event is all about zombies and I can assure you it's too boring, fighting vs other alliances is interesting and nexus is an event which hopefully bring that to us!

R4/5 has to register, you match with other alliances, you have tasks to do such occupying cities, Villegas and checkpoints, then you will fight other alliances! If someone join middle of event, it get restricted where he can go or what to do! No troop lost, that hospital like mm has no impact on your real ones! Feel free to ask any questions you might have
