Edit:i found out that envelopes just makes the particle bigger.

"FacingCameraWorldUp" is very good for rain particles. I don't like seeing rain particles face the camera, it just looks weird.

Alright question, what if I want it to lock to part but I don't want it to follow the parts positioning. Like for an example, I hit a player and it causes a blood particle to fly out and they ragdoll, but when they ragdoll the blood turns with them, how do I make it so it just follows??
