I just want to say thank you. Every time I listen, it's as if you and I are having these conversations. You have given me so much clarity and peace and understanding. I will continue to pray that one day my children will open their hearts and minds , and that the little tid bits of your talks that I am told by you, in my head to share with them, that they truly hear it, and to be able to reconnect with with their true innerselves.

I meditate pretty much everyday, for up to about 45 minutes a day, but a few glasses of wine gets me in the vortex a lot easier then the meditation why is that?

It could be that your inhibitions are lowered and it is easier for you to receive pleasurable thoughts (aka enter the vortex).

Yeah me too. But now I’m at the point where I crave wine/alcohol because I want to me in that flow state that it puts me in.

Because you might not be letting go when you meditate as you do when you drink, when you have that feeling of truly "letting go", you become non-resistant and naturally you are pulled towards Source, because we come from it. This is the receptive mode, or the state of resonance with your higher self, and thus, you feel positive emotions, you have positive thoughts and the outlook of life is great, or at least you are not a match to problems. You are drawn to it because you are in a non-resistant state. It's better to master it without the alcohol, you receive better or clearer when you're not tipsy, but the alcohol shows you a bit of what it feels like to be non-resistant for a short time :)
