Nice chips coming off the HAAS. Blued from the heat they took away from the cut. Beautiful setup.

I worked at a shop years ago, welded and used grinders. No overhead magnetic lifting, all by hand. Unloading the ESAB was brutal. Maximum production, masks nope, lucky to get cheap gloves and ear plugs.

Great views. I've worked with AR plates in the past and they can be challenging. Are you running coolant normally (when not filming)? I also appreciated the efficiency of movement by the machinist; as I am of similar vintage. (;

Thanks Jeff! We do not run with coolant as recommended by our rep. As for the efficiency of our machinist, he says with a smile, "thank you" :)
