Get ready for your Ontario Ministry of Transportation's G1 Knowledge Test (Written Test) with this essential guide. You are very likely to see these questions on your official G1 test.
On your official G1 test you will be presented 40 random questions with 20 questions on the rules of the road and 20 questions on road signs. You must answer a minimum of 16 questions in each section correctly to pass the written knowledge test (80% pass mark).

Best video ever! I took my knowledge test today, for the very first time, and got 20/20 in both sets!!! Honestly, I just went through this video 3 times start to finish, at 2x and that did the magic. I watched ONLY this video to prepare for my G1. I watched it fully with normal speed and then X2 to see if I'm answering all questions correctly. I just want to pass so people will stop bothering me. Fed of people telling me to get g1 even though I have a photo id card. Don't see any advantage of g1 as such.

Taking my test soon, this has been a godsend! Edit: Passed! This quiz is great, but anyone studying should also familiarize themselves with the handbook or official website. These are only 200 out of the 350+ possible questions, so roughly 40% of the questions will not be from this video, unless you are lucky.

@@EPIC-lp1tj Stuff like where should you be when doing a left turn on a one way road, what parts of the road is a bicycle entitled to, what should a G2 driver check they have before going on the road, and etc. Anything that can be inferred by actually studying the rules is fair game; not just memorizing quiz questions.

I watched this video twice and sat for the exam the next day. Failed the road rules test in the first sitting, went in again and passed. Very helpful video! Tip: If you fail the test, wait back in line and try again. There’s a high chance you’ll pass on subsequent attempts. Good luck!

@@parisaalipoor2644 I read parts of the online handbook for example I confirmed what all the signs were in the traffic signs section. I also confirmed what to do at a flashing green, red, yellow lights. But those are also answered in this video. And I also read a resource online that had the demerit point system. Most of the questions were in this video though I think if you memorize it you will be fine. Good luck on your test!

44:00 even with an automatic transmission, take ur foot off the gas to lower gear to descent a steep hill, don't pump brakes 49:27 u can use a headset/airpod when driving for hands free but only one ear

I took my written test yesterday (failed twice lmao) and i´m watching this to see if the question that i got even exists, its not here!! obv not ALL of them would be here, but at least something similar. My question was legit something about which roads you can go on as a G1 or G2 driver, i dont remember anymore, but how was i gonna know i cant drive on Queen Elizabeth Road (smth like that), and why not just say i cant go on any highways?! why complicate simple things aaa, anyways, i´m going to take the test again so wish me luck! haha :D (third times the charm) OK HI AGAIN (posted this 4 hours ago, its currently 6:24) I PASSEDDD YAYYY thank u so much, this video helped A LOT!! the question i mentioned earlier was A G1 driver can only use 400, Queen Elizabeth Way... when and the answer was, only with a licensed professional :D (that makes more sense)

If you understand all this video, you will have a 100% chance of passing. Only 1 or 2 questions may not be there "if at all an.y"The only difference is sentence construction and you need to read the question well because the answers are quite specific. Took me max 10mins to answer all 40 g1 questions
