Please illustrated one either civil or criminal proceeding completely and explain wherever, however and however, the said evidence act contents are applicable and explain about applications practically, if it is convenient, because you are master of this act to illustrative and also capable of demonstrate, If it is not convenient, please ignore the same. Since Justice Abraham Mathew, being a Christian, I would like to share Implied Law, a part of Evidence Act. In Hymn "there is a fountain of Blood.......the dieing theif pleads from Cross, to wash off all my sins, the response from the dieing Christ from the Cross "sin no more" implies evidently that all sins are forgiven. If the accused is silent to the leading question, does not it accounted as evidence that accused accepting the crime?

Evidence Act becomes a controversy always due some prevailing ambiguities. The views on 164statement or dying declaration are always under criticism. When evidence is adduced under forced situations how can they be taken to be credible? George Joseph
