i agree totally!! people talk about her drug use/abuse in a derogatory and demeaning way,as if that has any bearing to her talents, but i think that the fact that it almost ruined her more than 30 years ago and took her to the brinks of hell after being at the top of the world, faced death ,fears, physical indignation to the point where she didnt ever want to perform again until she lost her pharmacuetical derived weight she had gained and facing certain career ending alienation from the industry., after all if this, she rises ,like the pheonix, also from arizona, and comes back with more ferocity and the most amazing charisma of anyone in the music ive ever witnessed!! Has the admiraton and respect of every musician, except buckingham, from wilbury alumnai to grunge kings like dave grohl,to country stars like dixie chicks, lady antebellum, to female stars like sheryl crow,to contemporary stars like harry styles, and everyone in between!!!! i think shes an incredible inspiration for all that has been down that path or think they have insurmountable odds their facing, stevie did it,maybe i can too?? stevie rocked that s...!! and with a smile on her face and a song and great story to tell to show for her efforts. brava!!!!

She was the best by far. The newer ones can't come close to her. They jump all over the place and have all kinds of special effects-Stevie comes out and stands and sings-she always did it that way--her voice was what we wanted to hear not see them dancing all over the place. Such a unique voice.

One of my very FAVORITE versions of "STAND BACK" ever .. and that percussion solo to warm up the audience and allow Stevie to freshen up and change shawls - magic! Taku Hirano was such a great addition to the live line-up. And I get a huge kick out of seeing my man Lindsey Buckingham dancing and mouthing the words to the song.

While I generally agree with the consensus expressed here that contemporary music has skidded off the highway, compared with the likes of Fleetwood Mac (and Stevie), as well as a virtually endless list off their contemporaries, I have little doubt that your kids will be saying the same thing about today's music and artists when they are as old as us. And I must say that I have been moved by Corrine Bailey Rae's rendering of Que Sera Sera... at Glastonbury in 2010 and the voices of the cast of the movie version of R.E.N.T. just to name two examples of contemporary performance (and obviously, there are many more) that can stand up to any long past performances of the same genre. In the meantime there will never be another Marvin Gaye...:)

How can this not turn out great after all? Written by Prince and Stevie, it's already such a great catchy pop song, but when Lindsey John and Mick join forces with Stevie's team you know they're gonna take the song to another level.Just look at the talent involved!! My word what a performance!! And she was on fire!

Stevie, you've always been on another level. Worlds apart from the masses of other female singers. Simply can't be touched.

I have listened to this version so many times! This is rock! Favorite! The bongos and drums and screaming guitars mixed with Stevie’s voice are magical.

WOW As I see more and more performances with them not on stage together, I realize how much more Stevie is relaxed and happier! She practically runs off stage here after!

can't EVER hear or see this amazing woman enough...56 years young in '04, still rockin & dancing as much as ever...and twirling so fast, like the tiny dancing ballerina she still is. Stevie is AWESOME. No Questions Asked. peace : )

I wonder if that is the reason she switched from her signature 3" platform boots / shoes to what looks like flat "matronly" shoes...

@@CurmudgeonExtraordinaire She had recently had surgery on her back, thats why she was wearing those shoes, so considering that she was moving great, but i thnk she was super cute in them anyway,😊 and when she starts twirling ... 💖💖, she is a legend , gotta love her 😍
