they should add a new dlc where you have to battle the other evil genius' in a separate mode along with fighting the forces of Justice.

reminds me of the global chaos cheat in the first game that makes the forces of justice fight each other. i would also want something like that too.

I don't know how Evil genius is played, but do you know how I'd do what you just described? Have a time themed villain who can go into alternate futures where other villains have won, then have their ending involve stealing superweapons from every other evil genius to make a giant clock themed robot.

Right. Now, with the cheerfully evil Polar well and truly part of EG lore, we need to bring back two classic henchmen to be Evil Geniuses, to balance things out. I nominate LORD KANE, the dark giant with a distinctly morbid, grave keeper air about him, and a real sense of imminent danger. Anyone who says things like " Peasants. They deserve...death." and " A momentary distraction...nothing more." deserves to come back and turn this planet into a massive graveyard. I also would love to see DR. NEUROCIDE come back and turn the planet into a surgically-enhanced, drug-fueled nightmare. They were my favorites with the first game; I truly want to see them have their time to shine as Evil Genius stars.

odd choices, to be honest. Dr. Neurocide was generally seen as underpowered, although she does kinda work like a scientist when used on the world stage, which was alright. And Lord Kane wasn't bad or anything, but he's definitely the least popular of the three starters, just for style alone. I feel like maybe they just added Eli and Jubei to EG2 because they were a lot more bombastic, while Kane is quite muted.

@@khornate01thedestroyerofis11 Bombastic is not always useful. Jubei has a massively useful WindWalk, which would make him extremely good in unexpected situations, I agree. Neurocide and Kane are simply my personal favorites, in personality and in ability. Kane is much like myself in terms of his attitude. Neurocide is massively useful in plotting on the stage, with a couple of higher level science minions. The pair of them make me very happy.

I wonder what the world would be like under the control of Ali, Jubei or "Matrona". I personally really miss Shen Yu in this game. But if the Butcher becomes the new "evil genius" - I'm afraid the game will lose the age rating it has now

I like that they show she hasnt frozen the entire world. in all the others it seems like a world wide thing but here she just has a weapon to controll people due to the threat of ice

Ivan didn't set the whole world ablaze. He merely conquered the word because he wanted to make the whole world be Ivania. Hard to have a planet-spanning country with no one to rule, right? If there ever is an Evil Genius 3, I expect that Ivan will be the canonical second overlord, since Polar is DLC and the other three either kill everyone or make it impossible for anyone to overthrow them like the first overlord was.

I'm pretty sure this ending is actually based off Mr. Freeze from the old batman and robin movie when he's in the museum. the scene and the guard brining in the agent are almost identical to the movie

If they're adding new geniuses in future DLC and updates I wonder if Shen Yu and Alexis would ever make a comeback. Maybe have more Henchmen from the first return as Geniuses themselves, like with Red Ivan. Only time will tell...

Atleast one of them wont come back since it is cannon one of thoose two conquered the world in the first game and then just like fucked off and vanished. so if they did bring one back i guess the one left out would be the cannon winner of EG1.

@@noctotainlowry9246 it’s part of the reason I found Emma so fascinating because her whole backstory is that she was an Agent of Justice and fought to restore world order after an unnamed Evil Genius conquered the world. After saving the world everything went back to business as usual and realized by fighting to keep order the order she’s fighting for is insufficient. If she wants things perfect then do it yourself

@@UltimaDoombotMK1 It's pretty much canon that Alexis was the one who took the planet...but while taking the world was fun, actually RUNNING it turned out to be boring, so she abandoned it and left. I wouldn't be surprised if Alexis is in a shielded space station or a moonbase, enjoying her retirement with a crew of 'bots and some humans kidnapped and brought in for entertainment.
