To help with the meaning of this song, it comes from a game called Limbus Company which is a story-based gacha game. The general context for the story is that 2 characters fell in love with each other, but circumstances prevent them from being together. This causes every version of these characters in every “world” to fall into deep despair. (This makes more sense in game) This causes a version of these characters in a different “world” to make a plan to erase every version of themselves from existence, because they believe that their existence is what causes the other person to be miserable in every world. This song plays during a few of the ending boss fights for the latest chapter with several versions (male, female, and together) Patches of Violet directly relates to the setting of the mansion that the story takes place in where the girl (Catherine) grew violet flowers called Heath to show that she still loved the male character who is named Heathcliff Lastly, the delete section relates to the character’s deleting other versions of themselves. In the “evil” Heathcliff’s case, (who is a character you play) he goes to other worlds and hunts down every Heathcliff one by one, killing them brutally. He eventually makes to the main world where the events in the game take place.

Walle-voice actually has some context - the original singer recorded her voice twice, as it is supposed to be a male and female duet (according to the characters). In general, if you listen to the original, it becomes clear why things turned out the way they did - even having a very vague idea of how Neuro works, it’s easy to guess that working on this cover will not be an easy task. However, I like the song, and of course the original song too

Another really good Neuro x Evil cover is "The Disease Called Love" from the same stream. The inhuman chorus from the song really highlights the contrast between Neuro's fluffy soft voice and Evil's sharp and powerful voice. Hope you give it a try!
