But by him being an adult that can function on his own, work and have a relationship with a women, he made the choice to moleste a child! He deserves 100 years. I am a survivor of sexual abuse. It took many years of therapy and many years of loneliness for me to confront the perpetrator. The abuse changed my life in ways that are difficult to describe. None of these monsters are ever going to be truthful about what they do to people because they are not human inside. They are monsters who occupy a human body.

My uncle was a probation officer that worked with sex offenders for 23 years. Then he switched to managing drug addicts ( no shade on working with drug addicts that's what I do after being clean 17 years) When I asked him why the switch,he said "Because drug addicts can be helped. We have treatment for that." Very true.

At 12 I was sexually assaulted by my Dad's brother and at 16 by my manager at my very first job. Yes that effected me. I had no therapy as it was more than 50 years ago. But I've NEVER been tempted, desired or ever thought about doing this to another child! It's made me super vigilant of protecting children. I talk to them on there level privately. But I do not have a victim mentality! I've never allowed that to define who I am. But I've been around men who creep me out and I quickly remove myself from them.

Unfortunately in most cases like these the victim that they get caught for is rarely their first, and the crimes they get punished for are only the ones that can be proven and backed up with evidence and in reality only make up a portion of the atrocities committed.

My brother (a drug addict) sold $100 to a “friend” who set him up because she stole a car and instead of taking the charge she agreed to set someone up for a drug charge, got 20 years here in Oklahoma… Murderers and pedo’s get less time… it’s crazy..

I'm a recovering addict, this made me so uncomfortable..in the 12 step. Recovering program you look at avoiding triggers that could cause relapse. I thought it was a marvelous recourse.knowing these Nonces use this same format makes me sick to my core.im getting secondary embarrassment.. although I don't think this creature is embarrassed at all.

As a victim of my grandfather from ages 4 to 7... Thank you for speaking for us. No one spoke for me. It would have hurt our families reputation. He remained a deacon at the church and is still called a fine Christian man today. Thank you for saying what's obvious, but people just won't say it. By the time I was brave enough to want justice, he died when I was 20.

He probably told the mother he could relieve some of her stress & worries from him working and giving her the money. He definitely was doing well with his BS until he began using himself as the “victim” & telling his mom 2 years ago. When they caught on to him claiming he was the “victim” & then claiming he just told his family when he knew he was coming up for parole.

He comes off as artificial and telling them what he thinks they want to hear. Its not a matter of if, but when he does it again. If you have children, protect them. Monitor their devices. I agree that this man most likely was abusing those children from their first year of life. I just want to thank you for the content you are making and raising awareness about sexual abuse. I was S/A from my first year of life to 5 years old at the hands of a married couple that ran the daycare I went to from the age of 6 weeks old to 5 years old. I went on to be S/A by my own bother and his best friend when I was 13. I was assaulted several more times in my teen years by others. So thank you very much for all you are doing!
