I ended up using apple's built in audio routing capabilities along with a free app called vb Cable. What you want to do is create an aggregate device in apple's audio/midi panel. The aggregate device will act as a sound driver, giving you all of evos outputs along with two new ones coming from vb cable. In your DAW, set your input and and output to use the aggregate device. In OBS, set the audio device to use vb cable only. I created a monitor channel in Logic that routes to evo outputs 1&2 and an output channel routed to the vb cable, which shows as 7&8 in Logic. It sounds really complicated but it's actually pretty simple once you figure it out. There's a video on youtube somewhere on how to set up an aggregate device in mac/Logic to allow you to route specific tracks of your choosing to obs while routing others to an output obs will not hear but I can't remember the video's title. That's how I figured it all out. If you search for OBS, aggregate device, mac, routing, or some such combination you'll probably find it.
