Nothing more than a lack of animation due to lower quality sprites. Mario's character has never changed his personality a bit. Also, it's not showing off. It's called "celebrating."

For anyone that never picked Super Mario 3D World... do it!! :) Its a mix of 2D and 3D Mario, yes, but its executed perfectly and is a ton of fun, especially if you got for all the 3Green Stars and the Stamp on each level! :)

Krondelo There are some levels where the 3 green stars and the stamp is really hard to get, did you find them all? + did you beat the final bonus stage? :) Those arent all that easy!:)

***** True, and yeah I beat quite a bit but sadly didn't have time for everything because I rented it. I'm just comparing it to Galaxy 1 and 2, those were perfect IMO. Although 2 was even a bit too hard sometimes lol.

Krondelo Well, Super Mario 3D World is all about those 3 green stars and the stamp. If you where to take those out of the levels, the levels are way to easy!:) I never found the galaxy games to be that hard. Everyone said the second one was hard, but I almost never died. Trying to get some of those hard to reach stars and stamps in 3D world however killed me 10x as much as any of the tasks in the Galaxy games! :)

I don't understand the inclusion criteria for this video. Which games did you want to include? For example, if you included Super Paper Mario, why none of the other Paper Mario games? Because you only wanted to include the platformers? But then why didn't you include Yoshi's Island? Because you only wanted to include the main series games? at first I thought "what happens next" was about what we think endings will evolve to, what I have some idea of: personally I wouldn't mind about stars and flagpoles existing alongside forever, actually I would really like that because it would mean the NSMB/SM3D series lives forever just like SM64 style 3D Mario games

SMB1, SMB3 (boss course and world), SML, SML2 (boss defeat), SM64 (key), NSMB series (same digit ending and boss course): baseball fanfares SMB2, SMB3 (normal course and remake triple symbol) SMW (including bonus game complete, not featured), SML2 (normal course and bonus game), SM64 (star), SMS, NSMB series (normal course), SM3D series: Broadway/vaudeville/old animated short showtunes SML2 (golden coin), SMG series: orchestral cinematic score (only counting jingles) And I thought SML came before SMB3 (I know CVA came before CV3)?

as for the next video, I don't know if you already have that but I would suggest evolution of overworld maps in Mario games
