The Modern Warfare games are the only COD games that had a true official 3rd person option. All of the other COD games that had 3rd person are mods by modders.

If I remember well, WaW also has TPS, but only in 1 level due to a bug.

Yep anything pre 2009 MW2 is done through the console which as to be on PC

Only problem is you got the days wrong on Cod 4 that came out in 2007 before WaW which released in 2008 then a year later in 2009 was MW2

Wrong CoDs order list aside, WaW really looks like it comes from SOCOM (in a way). If they fix the aim and crosshair, and keep the camera centered even when aiming, this might be the best (looking) TPS view in my opinion!
