Listening to old YG Artists, I began to see that YG Entertainment from then up to now, has always been having artists with unique and soulful tones and voices, and their music styles doesn't change, just upgraded. Also, they always have strong characteristics since then to now. Now I know YG's style in picking their trainees besides the swag, you must have strong characteristics and personality, you must be confident and know your goal and yourself, you gotta know what you're aiming for. That is YG's style. Swag comes with confidence, YG wants your confidence to show yourself to them. While, SM and Korean music industry, in general, goes for people with a blank-slate. YG, on the other hand, wants someone who has a strong personality and character, someone who knows their goals and knows themselves, someone who has that uniqueness in them. So, if anyone who wants to audition at YGE, remember what I said.
