Glad to see someone else found the knockback. I found 2 180 ceratos on my server in the exact same spot, a male and a female. The knockback was quite a surprise. Don't fight ceratos with your back to a cliff.

You might find differently but on our server when we tried to trap them they didn't bite as often so getting drunk slowed down or went down. So wouldn't recommend trapping. Though it did seem to work after getting 100% drunk and feeding. Would be curious as to what impacts the taming effectiveness. If other wild creatures hit it does it go down? Etc.

If you have Sivatherium mod on your map, they are the best creature to use for taming. When sitting, they take greatly reduced damage so slap on a good saddle and sit back and relax while your Ceratosaur gets drunk 😊

I went and tamed a rex, got health to 30k, put a 106 rex saddle on her, Works great to tank this creature. They do hit really hard

ceratos are SO broken !! in 2 days i found 2 max lvl and one almost max....first tame was flawless, the next 2 woundlt tame up whateva i did :(...and that hema potion glitched as well
