I have the M6 untimate which is already a boss at 600HP. I'm afraid to do more cause this shit is sooo scary quick and highly deceptive at it too. Rock solid at any speed as well. Great Video. I'm from Toronto Canada and I watch u guys all the time 🤘🏾🤘🏾🤘🏾🙂🙂👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Took me 4 hours to get my DP ON my 650i. GC. Total pain. Turbos do spool much quicker and love the rap when decel. With the jb4 tuned she put 625 on 100 oct The n63tu2 is a beast. Waiting on a transmission code to remove torque limit

I have never understood running normal fuel instead of premium fuel on such expensive cars, I have always run my cars on the good stuff and you can feel the difference even in standard form!

@@EvolveAutomotive What a complete waste of money to go stage 2 whilst running 95. If he wanted more power he should run 99 Ron. I only run V power Nitro in my M6 Gran Coupe. Even in my C63 w204 you can hear and feel the performance difference in fuel.

@@imranq4523 I live in the united states where we only get 91 octane (95 ron) highest regularly. I found a gas station that supplies 100 octane race fuel. I added some 2 parts 91: 1 part 100 oct which gives about 95 octane (100 ron) I didn't expect to feel a difference. I tested it in a bunch of engines ranging from a 6.2 Camaro to a 2.0T Audi and every car felt just more alive and free revving. I guess these are the results I can expect to see while running on the bad fuel we get.

Love the styling of the M6 Gran Coupe. Do they put the power down better than the F10 M5? Maybe they have different gearing or differential.

We haven’t found a need to on the downpipes in our experience. 700hp/700ftlb is safe but it depends on how worn the clutch is and the condition of the DCT oil also. Have seen some go higher and some slip at less.

hi there Evolve! been watching your vids for a while and im finally in a position to buy a performance-car. wondering though if your stage 2 M5 f10 100-200 time of ~5,8 sec is realistic in real life? 🙂 seems that all of the "stage 2" cars like M5/RS6 etc here in sweden is arround 7/sub 7 seconds. how can yours be a full second faster? 🙂 or is it about the power delivary I guess

Our times are real world, and using Shell V Power 99 fuel (around 1/4 tank) and driver only. Some cars are left in full auto, others are shifted manually to maintain peak power. We have no reason to believe if your fuel is of the same quality that you couldn’t achieve very similar times. Our tunes are developed over many thousands of miles of testing, including day to day driving to ensure optimum drivability. Hope that helps explain a little!

Yes, without a tune code to ignore or change the ranges of the O² sensors it will throw codes.

Dyno results can’t really be compared due to the huge amount of variables. We are also quoting crank HP not wheel.

Hi guys planning to swap to an m6 cab f12 and was interested in what stage 2 packages you offer? Will be using 98 shell for vmax but 95 for mundane if possible? . Your vid has kind of answered me but curious if any other mods available pre turbo replacement .

David you wont notice a difference unless tuned to your specific fuel of choice, even then that in itself the "difference" would be negligible. Eg. You can feel the difference of 2.5hp in a lawnmower you wont feel the difference of 2.5 horsepower even just going from 200hp to 202.5 hp in the slightest. Its all relative to The power to weight ratio. Another example, a 1400lb 350hp gutted honda civic hatch can go 11.2 seconds in the quarter mile and a 4500lb 560hp m6 will go 12.1 seconds both with near identical 60ft times (Slicks vs launch control)

Who does the actual mapping? You're using OTS maps which are fine for the most part, but a custom map will be so much better.

We do. All development is done in-house by our data calibrators. We offer custom mapping also but unless the car specifically requires it the value for money just isn’t there. We tune the cars to a safe limit, not their absolute potential. We retain all of BMWs built in safety features and focus on drivability over peak numbers. A car has to feel great to drive on the road not just make a big graph.

You do not need to, but if they are uprated we offer a Stage 2+ tune which pushes the torque figure up because we are protecting stock clutches at Stage 2.

All our figures are crank. As said this was tuned on 95 octane so higher numbers are possible.

Evolve Automotive In the states were getting 675+whp on stage 3 tune 93 octane, stage 2 is for 91 octane, anything after stage 3 we use meth injection

No, our Stage 2 tune is completely safe for a standard engine. The limit on these is the clutch before rods.

If the Dinan the tuning box it cant compare with an proper ECU tune as we have more control over the ECU parameters. This means more power and smoother drive.

Depends if you replace it with a sports cat, I guess it should pass. Otherwise you need to find a 'friendly' MOT tester. I presume most tuning companies offer MOTs too, so it's not really problem lol
