The rarest biome is modified edge jungle biome, the chance to find that biome is 1/1.000.000 not kidding I mean the 1.000.000 million is jungle biome, si it's one on 1.000.000 jungle biome in minecraft, so it's only there 1 in ur world, and the mc community just find one until now (not sure)
