Asking for compensation - this is a good reason why Civilisation gear has never been one easy to obtain for free in the game. ‘Why should someone get to something for free when I paid 2k for it’ So the lv10 cake pieces will basically sit behind a large pay wall. When we purchase things in the game, it should be seen as you have had a time advantage, and not go asking for compensation, In my opinion

Hi, Genghis, so I sent a ticket yesterday about Cassandra to customer support and today I had the rewards back in my inventory, same rewards as you showed. Customer service was really good for once, no messing around, no sending in a thousand screen shots or arguing with them, I wish they were like this all the time as they would get much better feedback from players. Grats to coiners.. hell, you might as well call y'all investors considering the time and money the top 1% puts.. This is a huge L community wise. Now Evony can throw this in players' faces to keep everything paywall exclusive because of the entitlement of the 1%. Complaining/ Harassing for compensation when you choose to pay for the shiny new thing that wasn't promised to be exclusive, then it becomes available to all later on? Evony is full of predatory practices that exploit everything, but as a community, we have to do better than this.

I asked for comparable compensation last night. i.e. Jaw dragon, or Josephine (without the rss/gems, ect) since I missed out on getting them and both cost roughly the same. Of course they responded that they will give "relevant compensation". Still waiting to see what their "relevant compensation" looks like..

Congratulations on paying $350 for less than you can get for $19.99. I have her and she is at level 12 for free and the only extra ruby necklaces that I got were from Chalons finals. Personally I have never seen them guarantee that anything will be exclusive for pay but it seems that you big spenders have managed to not only get things faster than everyone else but also to keep them behind a paywall or luck over years at least. In the end we get the same thing from the game except we don’t waste a fortune. Nobody is really happy about the game but we have fun as a team and win as a team. I went to the finals the same as the rest of my team just some spent a lot more than me. In the end which one of us is more disappointed when we finally walk away? 🤔

The formula works. I think many teams are just getting heavy building reinforce points and not realizing how big the drop off is.

Alliance rank needs to be top 500 in that particular round for the personal scores to count. And building occupying points is only considered for the first player occupying that building. The rest of the alliance members if they reinforce the same building will get scores which will not be counted in personal ranking.

Alliance has to be top 500 for your personal points to count. Also alliance points is only from kills and not buildings i believe

I paid money for Cassandra, but Evony customer service is about as useful as tits on a bull. They'll ask for a screenshot shortly after you submit a complaint, wait at least 2 weeks and do nothing, and then say they're closing the ticket if there's no further issue. I don't even bother contacting them anymore as I've had this happen more times than I can count.
