Using monster debuff mayors is situational, just like Using debuff pvp mayors. Use the debuff monster mayors when your soloing monsters(desert bandits, alliance boss, world boss, map edge hunting and enemy server boss hunting). Sanada is helpful, but the gear is the most important part. One of my favorite setup is Baibars with march speed, double drop ring and monster debuff. A little bit of everything you need for joining a monster rally.

I have been testing this, it appears that 5 Sanada's is the limit, I am only using 2 piece generals right now. I tried killing the same lvl boss with 5 Sanada's , 6 and 7 all gave the same number of injured. I also tried using Aethelflaed with the -15% monster attack in place of one Sanada and the number of injured remained the same, which tells me -15 monster attack is the same as reducing defense by 5%

What's great is you can really trim down higher end cavs as you won't need as many. I assume you ran it with just the generals debuffs prior to putting gear on? So gear makes difference not just debuff. Is there a reason for skill books on them too then?
