AIDET. EVS lady should have told the guy she was going to get the nurses on his request then relied that to the nursing staff on the floor. Probably something the CNA would actually do. Best way to know if the EVS team does their job right is to consider if the EVS is in house or contracted in. If Contracted in you should find another hospital to seek medical care.

housekeeper do not usually change linen of patient. Nurse aid does that. All they an do is find some one to help get linen changed.

We seriously can't change the bedding. I always tell my patients "I apologise but I need a CNA license to change t the linen but I can let the nursing staff know about your bed linen.
