Ok fine but what about replacement? Rayudu was named the first in the probables list that means if a player gets injured then first rayudu should have come in but even though two players were injured (dhawan and Vijay Shankar) pant and mayank were named as replacements so what's the explanation for this? Sir what ever the explanation you give clearly shows injustice towards rayudu. And if it's about stats Vijay Shankar has not even proved his worth at the time of wc.

Some people might agree Team India needed all-rounders during the 2019 WC and hence V Shankar was included . If no politics were played and common sense prevailed , why was Mayank Aggarwal included in the World Cup Squad ahead of Mr.Ambati Rayudu after some injuries . People said team India needed an opener and hence Aggarwal was included but Rayudu is a versatile player who can don many hats , bat at any position . He proved it during his stint with the csk and also when he was with MI . Aggarwal, on the other hand didn’t even debut in an ODI . How can a player who played 0 games be picked directly into a World Cup squad . Clearly , there were some politics played . Mr.MSK is directly responsible because he was the head of the selection committee. The reporter should have made note of this and come prepared rather than just listening to whatever the all time great wicket keeper Mr.MSK is saying .

Also I don't understand why Dinesh Karthik was included in the squad ahead of Rishab Pant merely because of his one good innings against Bangladesh in Nidhas trophy made him a hero. But if we exclude that innings, he is just a mediocre player who failed to even the read the ball properly especially in big events like T20 WC 2022.

actually he was selected as a standby selection but after Shekhar Dhawan injured he should be the automatic choice unfortunately got broken. So people definitely say that oka telugodu telugodiki anyayam chesadu anatam correcte anipistundi. That's why we lost in the semifinal.

When a 16 year old Rayudu score 160 in England and we all thought a new Tendulkar was born! There are many many reasons why Rayudu could not play but the most notable reason was when he got chances, he was not cnsistent enough.

This guy is nicely twisting the facts. Ambati Rayudu came to the team as he scored 600+ runs in an IPL season and India was lacking a proper no.4 at that time. This guy didn't do bullshit to bring him in. Mohammed Siraj had the backing of Kohli right from the IPL 2018 days where he started playing for RCB. He backed Siraj. KS Bharat got chance due to Pant injury. When Vijay Shankar/Dhawan got injured, he should have replaced him with Rayudu right? Rather they sent Rishabh pant/Mayank who didn't even play 5 ODIs before that. From the way he talks itself it was very clear who is right and who is wrong and the results as well speak for it. P.S : In an even worse situation on the same year 2019 against same NZ, Rayudu rescued India with a 90 and won us the match. He would have done the same in semis as well.
