I think he must have thought that it was an idiotic prank at first by the fact that he initially did respond normally while he was washing his arms in the bathtub. He probably thought "okay, this is embarrassing and the joke's on me. I won't be getting any sex tonight". Then, as he saw more of the predator patrol approach him in a serious manner did he finally realize that he was in deep shit, and it was game over from that point on as he wasn't going to be leaving unscathed.

I saw the same problems you did. The girl shouldn’t have gotten within his reach while he was in the bathtub like that. So what if she wasn’t alone!? He could have jumped her, banged her head on the wall and tried to drown her before anyone could intervene. She could have been seriously hurt. Then they let him go into his backpack not knowing if there was a gun or another knife. They put that glass bottle in front of him, giving him another possible weapon. Lastly, it’s very apparent they didn’t coordinate with or notify LAPD In any way. I’m not surprised that Gascon probably didn’t want to prosecute this guy. But you’re on the borderline of entrapment if on whatever app they “met” this guy on, the girl said she was 18. A defense attorney would argue entrapment, and say that the girl was lying to him about being 13 to be kinky. Like I said. It’s borderline.. But why give the Defense Attorney any possible ammo!? No wonder LAPD refused to arrest any further suspects. They did this all wrong! Very unfortunate and disappointing.

Courtney is having issues with her actual boyfriend because she gets very passionate and aroused from these interactions. There is a forum about it and she actually made a video and foolishly uploaded it in the beginning of her KZfaq career. She mentions it a bit in tis video too. When the predator reaches to embrace her when they first enter it makes her very excited which is not normal. She needs to stop this addiction as it is ruining her relationships and personal life. Also unrelated, but apparently Skeet has tried to pursue her and she does not want his advances. This has created friction amongst them.

I had so many different thoughts and emotions simultaneously. I felt sad that he seemed immature and challenged but then I remembered he is preying on kids so I felt loathing. Then he tried to get out the tub so I felt embarrassed for him, but then I remembered the reason he is there so my hate returned. Then I was worried about safety and wondered if he would lunge for the knife, but the guys crowding into the bathroom and recording while questioning him, made me start to giggle. I was all over the place with this video.

These types of confrontations with predators could turn deadly one day. You really don't know how a person will react when they realize they've been lured into a trap. Just a recommendation, I think it would be better if there's only one person who interviews the guy. Because when all of you confront them, these cowards tend to shut down and remain quiet. It would be better if there's a skilled interviewer/interrogator Chris Hansen style so that you can pry more questions and find out the intentions of these pr3dators and implicate them even more. Other than that, stellar work!

Its a good thing these guys are complete morons or they wouldn't have even been able to pull this little bit off. A smart person would not have sat there and allowed them to tell him what to do knowing they have zero authority and theyd also know that they cant get ppl on charges like this. They should let the professionals handle this instead of worrying more about views so they can actually get the creep busted. It amazes me how gullible and dumb ppl are. This guy should know how the justice system works. Im sure hes been in and out his whole life. The fact that hes as old as he was and could spell to save his life made it not so surprising. These ppl should handle themselves a lot more professionally when doing this kind of work. The surrounding, the insults, the childish behavior all works against every thing they had built up from the beginning. And at the end, well what do you know, the case was dismissed. But I doubt they really care about the outcome. They got what they were really seeking, 150K+ views. Congradulatiions. They could really stand to take some tips from others doing these types of videos on youtube, and concentrate on what helps to put these criminals away and not worry so much about getting those precious likes and shares.

@@xRandax94 Depends. It has to be only a certain length, require two hands to open, and not be a locking blade, or only a buck style back lock. Can't be double edged either. It looked to be a $12.99 knife. The kind of blade you use at work, and abuse, till the tip breaks, and then throw it away.

This is just fluff for their brand to get subscribers, it needs to be done right and clearly it isn't when the PD refuses to even bring the case to trial, knowing it will be thrown out. In the end, the name calling and 'roasting' is likely going to end up in very difficult trials.

I will say though those police vehicles seemed a bit unusual, I couldn't make out exactly what it said, but it looked like it simply said "police" rather than like l.a.p.d or sheriff's deputy or whatever. Also the yellow lights on the vehicles seemed a bit strange. Don't they usually stick to red/flashing blue lights? Did they read the guy his miranda rights?

This guy has been around the block more than once, thats why I think he didn't say anything - he knows to just shut the F up and wait for his lawyer. I don't know if people on parole are allowed to drink, which could be why he didn't take the shot of tequila because he knew he was on camera and would like be drug tested and/or breathalized when he the cops showed up. Unfortunately this crew, as well intentioned and entertaining as it is, creates way too many problems for a proper trial. A good defense team could rip this whole case to shreds on technicalities and the district knows it. He should’ve at least gotten a violation of his probation for the weapon at minimum tho

I wish they would coordinate these things with law-enforcement, and play down the comedy routines during the operation, so that they could get some charges to stick. Maybe they have tried to get law-enforcement to participate in advance, but have been turned down.

Shouldn’t be surprising that the LA. District Attorney dismissed the case. I was assaulted by two people and they failed to charge. I’m a 60 year old woman that suffered a traumatic brain injury and they refuse to protect me. Thanks guys for the amazing work you do trying to keep people safe.

Pretty much. These aren't police run investigations, just KZfaqr led ones. While they can destroy the suspects image what can be used in court is a different story and a lot of these suspects in these videos avoid charges because of it. With that said the prosecution sometimes dismisses cases with the intent of bringing it back later on if they feel they can build a stronger case and possibly add more charges.

@@supershasha No, but I do have 3 members of law enforcement in my family so I understand things like the rules of evidence and why these amateur stings almost always result in cases that cannot be prosecuted. I also know that these people understand that, because in at least 2 other videos police officers have explained that to them. If they want these people to actually get justice what they have to do is either learn and follow the rules of evidence and interrogation themselves OR work with the police from the very beginning. They won't do that, because they don't care about actually seeking justice, they care about money. One thing they would have to do is not publish these videos until after the trial, which could take YEARS... they won't do that because it gets in the way of them making money from their videos.
