False accusations should carry the same sentence as the actual crime supposedly committed.
@WorldsTallestLeprechaun
@WorldsTallestLeprechaun 3 ай бұрын
EXACTLY. That is a fair repercussion because in the end they’re trying to use the law to bully and punish someone unjustly and (for the ones who even thought that far ahead) they think that the possible prison sentence from the false accusation is justifiable. Well, they think punishing a guy for a crime he didn’t do is fair, then it should be fair that THEY get punished for that exact same crime, which they also didn’t do. (supposedly, since usually they did the crime. Crying “he hit me!” when HE’S the one with bruises.)

In my state, if you're arrested and the charges are later dropped, the arrest stays on your record. You have to spend time and money to get it removed. If anyone does a background check they will see the arrest and what it was for. I know a guy that has this happen. He lost his job because of the false SA and all job searches he did resulted in nothing because of the background checks they did. He had to go to court and have a judge sign off to get it removed. False SA ruins men's lives even if they aren't charged.

Had a battle buddy, (Army talk) that went through combat with me but was injured to the point he could barely walk after it was all said and done. Wife decided to cheat and he came home and caught them, his wife out weighted him by about 60lbs and 3 inches ... he was lucky to be 147lbs soaking wet after his injuries.. long story short when he came home and confronted them she and her lover beat him with a bat within an inch of his life... already injured they did so much damage he couldn't walk after months of rehab, and yes no feeling from the waste down. She lied and said he attacked her and her lover who was in his house, then divorced him on the grounds of abuse... she got everything, and he for a time was living in a shelter, couldn't see his kids because she did everything in her power to keep him from having visitation... and the courts allowed it. it wasn't until she finally turned the kids against him that he went to his parents house, got his fathers 45 and did what a broken soul does.. he dealt with her lies, cheating, character assassination, loss of his legs and genitals, he was broke but hopeful.. until she took the last thing that gave his life meaning... the strongest man I know died broken by the lies of his so called (wife)

During the investigation she confessed. Also, another teacher came forward to say he had heard her planning it out but didn't know who and what she was talking about at the time. It was all kept very quiet and the teacher was ok. But, the kid was never punished. Especially since now they can also file for VA disability benefits as a "survivor." At an administrative separation proceeding, if they don't want to testify, you have no right to cross examine. You're arguing against a piece of paper saying you did it. This is going to also be true now for sexual harassment claims. Mandatory separation if there's a 51% chance others believe you did it. The military is gonna have to use a draft, because men are going to avoid joining like the damn plague.

These false accusations is the reason why so many real victims get ignored because of this. Look at the accusations with the Tate brothers for example. The 2 women who accused them of sex slavery were out having fun on another yacht a day later or so. Their text messages were found and the girls were having fun with the problem they caused. This happens to loads of men where they've been accused of something and lose their life's work.

Happened to my buddy during his divorce. He got walked through his house by cops in front of his kids. Was allowed to get one bag of clothing and forced to leave. In a few weeks she had a new man living in his house that he still had to pay for. The one good thing that came at the very end of the divorce was she was forced to pay him $30k for false claims of abuse and other false claims. The woman who cheated on her boyfriend and claimed she was sexually abused when the boyfriend came home. As a bouncer, this is why we dont let guys and girls in the bathroom at the club i work at. A guy was looking for his girlfriend and went up stairs and down stairs looking for her. He was waiting at the bathroom line and saw his girlfriend come out with another guy. The girl sees her boyfriend and starts crying, saying that she was taken advantage of. The guy is about to beat this guy up, and we had to separate them. We looked at the camera and saw the girl was the one who dragged the guy to the bathroom. The current consent laws also can give women who cheat on their boyfriend an out. They can go well i was drunk, i was taken advantaged of. By law when a woman has a mind altering substance, she can not give consent. Its up to a stranger, usually a man to determine consent. Some Women use this to avoid accountability if they are caught cheating. Mind you if that same woman was drinking and decided to drive she would get arrested with a DUI. My body my choice until i drink. Meanwhile if both the man and woman drinks the man is still held accountable.

The nurses only hear one side of it. They don't have to talk to other people and witnesses. Now here's the real controversial one absolutely no one talks about because it is truly taboo. False claims of child abuse from hospitals. They see an injury or history of injuries and think one thing so report it. Police look into it and it turns out that kid is just physically daring and active. We used to see broken arms and think a kid fell out of a tree. Rib injuries were bike accidents. Now a kid racking up injuries are abuse. Got a friend with a kid who's a skater, she's actually really good but has put up an impressive tally of injuries for her age. She's on the high side of Gen X numbers, I'm kinda in awe of her keeping with it. I've seen that girl with her arm in a sling and still on a board. I've watched her practice a trick over and over, one bad mess up when trying to get it, land rib first into the wheels, walk it off, and try again. They had to go through picture evidence showing what was going on, which is a saving grace of this, everyone takes photos now days.

If on a jury, I'd never vote to convict any man without actual evidence (video and/or audio evidence that clearly proves guilt by admission or recording of the act on surveillance cameras). Anyone can say anything about anybody, that doesn't make it true. There needs to be a false accuser registry and the ones guilty of it deserve the maximum possible sentence that the wrongly accused could have got, plus reimburse them for any financial losses, including paying an entire career's worth of income if it prevents them from working in their current field again. The main problem is that in society, women are mostly treated as children with no consequences for their actions and are allowed to ruin many people's lives.

A friend of mine got caught with a girl going down on him in school. We were all about 17 at the time. My boy had to do 3 years & register as a sex offender for the rest of his life because the girl was embarrassed & didn’t want to be known as a whore.

As a former veteran cop, I just had a conversation about this very thing, plus false DV claims, with a retired United States Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI) agent today.

OSI perpetuates a lot of this. Fortunately (or maybe unfortunately-- we will see), independent investigators are taking over.

There's the old joke about the difference between men and women lying: Man lying, "Working late honey", when he's going to watch the game with his friends. Woman lying, "It's your baby".

Because women are, in actual reality, a massive liability for men it's impossible to see men the same way after they've been taken by a woman in ways they could have prevented.

This happened to a buddy of mine in college. He was locked up for weeks, until the female police chief concluded her investigation with a meeting with the accuser's parents. In the meeting, the chief marched in a chain gang of young men their daughter had made prior allegations against, all false. The parents, unaware of their daughter's amorous activities, reportedly ran from that meeting wailing & tearing at their clothes.

I've been in court on at least 40 occasions where a woman has admitted (on the stand) to slapping, punching or attacking a man with a weapon, he retaliated and we are now at his trial where he's about to be sent down for anywhere between six months to eight years depending on how much he hurt her 💔

In ancient societies, if one made a false acusation and was caught, it would face the penalty the other person would, if it was true.

My exW tried to hang an abuse tag on me. I had enough friends in youth services that got a real investigation done. I was fortunate, and it was shut down. But she still was able to use the system for a free lawyer, and other monetary help. As others have said.... the penalties for false allegations should be just as bad as the potential outcome for the person being accused.

I’ve had false accusations put on me before and was arrested…1 thing I notice, an evil woman will create a false story to get a man in trouble so easily like it’s nothing but I have seen women who are actually abused they are scared to leave scared to report..I’ve been in situations where I’m trying to help the abused woman but she keeps going back to her abuser and making excuses for him..and on top of that I bite my tongue when telling my story because majority of people don’t believe women are capable of lying and getting a man in trouble especially if they’re pretty and will call me a liar..I am traumatized by this experience.
