bc Mami's story goes like this. Mami's dad controlled her and in school, she could not talk to the boys or even look at them so her dad transferred her to a new school where he has a lot of influence ( she had no friends ). Mami could only be around girls and get good grades, she got abused at home by her father and her mother did nothing she just watched. Mami kept her mom's old phone in her room and she played this online game she became friends with a guy that goes to the same school she does, they started out as friends and mami opened up to him and told him everything about her life and he promised that once they finished school they would run away, and mami was really happy, they started getting closer and closer until mami's dad found out, mami's dad forced him to break up with her. So on the next day Mami was on her phone really happy she has a boyfriend, so she wanted to do something fun today so she texted him and he texted her back saying that he was busy at the moment and wanted to break up with her, Mami knew it was her father forcing him to break up with her, she went downstairs and yelled at her father asking him why did you do that ? why are you controlling me ? and why do you me to marry this guy that you chose for me ? and her dad's answer was SLAP ON HER FACE saying that she is too young to understand. Mami was pregnant at the moment she was so broken up that she lost the baby. So the main thing that you guys need to take from Mami's perspective, she thinks that people use love to get what they want and love isn't real, but as you guys can see, she broke Kazuya's heart and he had depression and his parents dint help him out at all, like Kazuya and Mami they were on a bakery and they were deciding names for their kids and they had a full notebook full of names for a girl and a boy, Mami asked Kazuya how many kids would he want and he said to fill the soccer team and she smiled and said that her body would need to keep up and smiled again and Kazuya was really happy that Mami is his girlfriend and they kissed on the train station on the next day she broke up with Kazuya bc she found someone new. GUYS FEEL FREE TO CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG, but i never saw her other boyfriend.

Some partners are just evil that they don't want their ex to move on from them and wants them to be miserable. Being the person who wants the break up and the person who has high value or gets a partner first is a huge boost of ego. Seeing your ex happy with a partner better than her triggers a woman's insecurities/jealousy, which also triggers women's competitive nature to secure a mate.

I think that there has to be some reason behind her decision to dump MC. It really hasn't been said that she was with someone after breaking up with kazuya so who knows. She did wrong anyway, that's something we shouldn't argue about though.
