Islam was never forced upon the persians. The reversion was gradual and it took 300-400 years until over 50% to become muslim.

As a Muslim, I agree that Zakir Naik should be more calm and compassionate rather than mock people or make fun of them. But other than that, Zakir made some really good points and thought provoking.
