Every single knife I have bought online I have been id checked at point of sale or at the door. You get prosecuted in UK if you have pepper spray. We can't defend ourselves here. Only thing that's legal is a red dye spray.

Though it proves the best is impenetrable at the front people who want to hurt you will aim for the unprotected areas, and yes I know you have a slightly higher chance of survival it still makes the vest relatively useless.
