The thing is, Peter is trying to be something he not, yet. He is a business owner and he makes money but what he does is spend above his means. As a business owner one needs to spend time to grow the company which he doesn’t seem to do but instead scale up purchase many more businesses thus getting into financial difficulties.

He was jealous of Cynthia's success when she opened up her modelling agency. So he opened up his bar, then another and another. Greed and selfishness got the better of him. He employed people, they should have been paid in a timely fashion and all the other bills. He himself should be the last person paid. Well, his shenanigans have finally caught up with him.😮

There are so many small business owners that are not educated in the IRS laws. This is why it's so important to have a business degree and a CPA firm that you trust. Also, pay to have a payroll company with that process all your with holdings on time. Peter is those guys that have to open business after business and not run it smart. This is why he needed everyone else to bail him out when he could pay this expense. He needs to stop opening businesses beacuase he isn't educated enough to run it correctly.
