@@ariostorossi1295 since you are asking for help, I will share with you, very briefly what has worked for me. It is awareness, that is, being able to catch myself in the thoughts that are defeating and keeping me in a downward spiral. So every time I noticed that I was thinking about myself, as a victim of someone who always had power over me, and the abuse that I let him do, I began laughing out loud and with a gesture, I took my hands over my shoulders and made a gesture like I was brushing off this energy over my shoulders and simultaneously said out loud, "I no longer need this!" I also decided to see things differently, that is, no attachment. I saw the person that hurt me, as someone who was unconscious and that he actually helped me to awaken, and therefore, I am now very grateful for him coming into my life. Every time I begin spiralling down, I become grateful for the lessons. This has helped to set me free. I hope that this can be useful. Much love.

Hello family. I want to share my experience. Last Sunday, all the birds that live in the trees around my bedroom window were sitting in the boughs of the bottle brush tree. Very loud. All the different breeds. Then a pair flew onto my windowsill. My cats were shocked and my precious granddaughter was amazed. After a couple of seconds, all the birds flew away. I couldn't understand the message but had a sense of dread. I found out on Friday morning that my half sister passed away around then. No, we were not close but it is still difficult. She was only 54 and her birthday is the day before mine. 🌻🥺

Pile #2. You‘re really hitting the spot with your message. I am an author currently plotting my first novel. My guides have told me many times that I will be successful with this idea and that my dream of becoming an independent author will come true. And I believed in that. But just a few days ago I reached a big milestone. I finished the plotting of the entire backstory. From now on I‘ll be working on the plot that is actually going to appear in the novel. And even though I was so excited to reach this point - suddenly I‘m paralyzed. I doubt myself, I question my ideas, I procrastinate… I don‘t really feel ready for this new chapter. It overwhelms me. I have never written a whole book before. I know that I‘m skilled and that I do have talent… it‘s just my confidence that is lacking. My guides repeatedly try to cheer me up and give me strength. I‘ve been plotting the setting, world, characters and backstory for over one and a half years now. Therefore I expect to have finished the plotting of the actual story in about half a year so IF I updated you it would be over a looong period of time and that‘s not very interesting😄 But you may see occasional comments about my progess😊 And again thank you for rooting for me❤️

Pile #3. So perfect. My husband died a month ago and now I must begin again from scratch alone. A bit of a frightening thought to start a life of my own. I have always had difficulty with narcissistic people and holding my boundaries. But now on my own all boundaries are gone and I must go forward alone. pile 2 resonates so much. I was shocked that I thought the supposedly well renowned company and a couple of managers treated myself and others with so much toxicity. I'm shocked that my position was made redundant but I'm delightedly happy it happened to I can leave and go forward. However, my immigration status isn't confirmed yet and I have been working, and manifesting really hard on my immigration and career so I am stable and well. Pile 1&2 Both resonated, and pile 2 with the Throat chakra, I was told by a Navajo Shaman, that I can Heal with Words, as words have great power. I've actually done just that to certain people I've met since. One thing I said to a Depressed guy in the Gym, was "Don't be the man that looks at his Glass only half Full, don't even be the guy that looks at his Glass half Full, you've still only got Half a glass, Be the Guy that always knows he can Refill his Glass." He thought then smiled in agreement, and felt better, I see him in there now and he's much lighter of Heart. I also do Spray can art of the Universe and planet's, but a fire wiped out my workshop and 7 other garden's so it's been put on hold, that another thing that does bother me, as I'm now on pause waiting for summer to begin again. 1: My life was stuck, I fight a long time, always crashing down, so this circle of repated disapointments, drive me to reapeted neg.thoughts. In the end I shut down. Now I see new possibilities and I alredy start to be more aware of my thoughts...'I cant', 'Smt is goinng to be wrong again', etc. Takes effort to transform thoughts. Again totaly on point!

You have no idea how spot on this is when I was a kid I was put in placement where they abused us physically emotionally. Mentally I’m now an adult it’s 26 years later and there’s a huge lawsuit against them and I am getting a large sum of moneyfrom them but this is insane how you’re reading for pile three is spot on with what I’m going through. I had pile #3 and it resonated a lot. What resonated the most for me was the fact that I need to stop looking at my current self through the glasses of my past self. I definitely am doing that. I will do some reflection over the next couple of days to help me get there. My dad has had a health issue since the start of this year and a few months back i had to move across the world because I got an opportunity i always wanted. There have been so many mixed feelings since then and I can't enjoy this new chapter fully because my mind is always with my parents back home. I picked pile 1 and it resonated so deeply. It's tough to push away all the worry but I'm doing my best. Please send some healing thoughts for my dad so he can recover soon. In the end we will mostly remember the times we were together with our loved ones. The time spent together, the love we felt when we sat next to eachother, the expressions on their faces, their smell, there presence, the soul connection, the feelings of their arms around us, their hugs. The memories made together. Pushing away your feelings sounds like guilt, it is a sign of your soul, that you know deep inside, that your choice is not in aligment with humanity and love. Therefore you manipulate yourself and make a story in your mind, to ignore the facts of what you are actually doing. You preferred to ignore his need for help and connection in this time off his life, because of a success opportunity, which means nothing in a persons life on their death beds. It is exactly what is wrong with humanity nowadays. The lack of love, the egoistic chase of success and greed for oneself in order to make a "career" which is only ego believing in his own lies. Asking for prayers for your own father from strangers, is a bit hypocrite, ask yourself why you are not there for him in real life, now he needs you the most. How would you feel if your child left you and moved across the world at a time of severe sickness, and the fear and insecurity about what is going on with your body. How would you feel when you were in need of loved ones who support you. Actions always speak louder than words. Your actions lack love and empathy and show hypocrisy. Stay blessed, open your eyes and heart and not only for yourself.

Pile 2: I was just thinking about having a conversation with my manager about switching to night shift so I can focus my days on my day trading. I was just thinking I really don’t want to put my trades on pause for work (I get ready for work at 4am, clock out at 7p so I cannot place trades on the days that I work.) I want to work nights so O can trade after I am off and then get some sleep. I have been seeing a lot of 3’s too! Amazing!

Pile 2 here. I'm leaning towards KZfaq so strongly! But so scared of only going for that and not continuing my journey in game development and the things that keeps me a bit safer. Hi, you have in the past have given me readings which have moved me and guided me. They were magical. I had a breakdown over the lies, betrayal and defamation by my sister, son, a solicitor and a court appointed trustee over the sale of land for my sister and I to get our inheritance.I won at court but was tricked so got a third while my sister, the loser,got two thirds.My solicitor used me to get a win at the Supreme Court, the Trustee committed fraud and favoured my sister. Totally shocked, I was then sexually harassed by a stranger, now my daughter has cancer.Thank you for the reading, I know I need to change me and let go of the toxicity in my life.And be grateful for the miracles I know are in this new chapter.

Pile 2 totally resonated with me 🩵🪽🥂. Especially the throat chakra. During much of my childhood I was silenced in very rude ways. My predictions about the economy and war etc ended up correct. And my ability to speak up really improved once I cut ties with abusive family members and childhood friends that kept on silencing me.
