It’s a case saver ; stops the chain from cracking your case if it breaks .

Thank you for the detail instruction, Does your new front disc rub on the break pad after the installation? I installed the wrap 9's 32 disk same as yours and it rub a little bit, is it OK?

Mine did for a couple miles as well. Once you ride for a bit and break them in to the new disc they shouldn't rub any more.

Did you have any spacers you didn't use for this? I have spacers for my wr and I feel like they shouldn't be included with the sumo wheels.

The rear wheel came with spaces so I did not use the stock ones on the rear. The front did not so I had to reuse the OE ones.

What else would I need to convert in order for the CRF450L to be street legal? (just the wheels?) Also, I am thinking of KLX300sm or CRF450L (conversion) for a supermoto, any thoughts or help?

the crf450l is street legal out of the box people just add sm wheels because they want them

Your running same brake pads and caliper that was originally on that dirt setup?

Yep. Both pads and caliper are stock. You just have to use the bracket that comes with in order to fit it over the larger front disc

Quick question, what is the reason you tightened the left side pinch bolts but then waited to compress the suspension to tighten the right side pinch bolts?

Hey question so I have a 2006 crf250r and looking to convert to super moto I have a sweat deal for a pair of warp 9s brand new super moto tires how ever they wer going to be placed on a 2018 Crf250r would I have any issues putting them on my 2006 and if not what will I need to put these on successfully

I'm about 90% sure they should fit. They're the same part number, and as long as axle diameter is the same you should only have to swap the spacers.

If you're taking your time and it's your first time I'd say maybe a couple hours. After you do it a few times it's maybe a 20 minute job to swap

Would the torque specs for a rear cush drive axel nut be the Same as front axel nut 40 ft lbs

Yes, Warp9 told me 40 ft lbs both front and rear with cush drive

Tube and tubeless are what it sounds like, no innertube in tubeless, none is better per say but tubeless is more common and fitting inner tubes on motorbikes can be a pain.

Its better to be tubeless if you are out riding and get a flat. You can just use a patch kit and be on the road again in like 10-15 mins.

Is the suspension too soft for it to be a proper supermoto?

Stock is more than enough for most riders. I ride mine at the track with stock suspension. Take the time to get it dialed in and it does good. For advanced riders and competition use I would reccomend a revalve.

Did adding the wheels lower the bike? Kickstand still work ok?

It did lower it quite a bit. Over an inch in the center. Kickstand still works just fine!

4.25, 5" isn't really necessary. Doesn't have the power to warrant it and its less rotating mass going with the 4.25 and a 150 tire.

My warp 9 wheels came with a countershaft sprocket spacer. Did you just not install it? I have a 2021 450rl

I didn't get the spacer when I got mine originally. Haven't had any issues and I'm still not running one.

Yep, all the new warp 9 wheels are coming with a calibrated speedo ring so it will read correctly

It gave me a couple mile an hour more in top speed but was still close enough to the gear ratio of stock with the 19" on back. I liked the gearing stock and didn't want to change it much

It was about 4 weeks for me. I know they're really backed up right now. Could be as long as 8 weeks 😔
