it is really hard to stay motivated. It might feel easier when the exams begin. But for now, keep focusing on your end goal and try shorter stints of revision. More frequent short breaks may help.

wow! each and every thing that you mentioned was so real. i needed this so bad! i literally cannot go to sleep at night thinking that i wasnt doing enough and everyone else was doing more than me! and revision is truly so isolating i can’t believe no one talks about it more. thank you so much for taking the time to address and acknowledge these issues

Thanks for this! I've already had 3 exams, they didnt go too well, so im having a hard time being motivated but next week i have 3 exams in a row, so i need to be more motivated😭 this video is really helpfull! thanks again🤗

honestly it feels so stressful beforehand but when you do it, it’s not bad trust me i’ve done 4 exams and now i’m just calm before i was stressing so much

Always put your health above your studies. Talk to a teacher at your school and they will be able to get you support. If you don't have anyone at school you feel you can talk to, please call Samaritans on 116 123 for support.
