Not watching Social media, KZfaq videos before 3-4 hrs nd listioning ur fav music is key to early onset sleep

I've always found exercise works for me wonderfully.And before sleep I either do deep breaths for 4-5mins or listen to a calming audiostory👂

I feel sleepy while studying so keep my books apart n sleep thats the best thing u can do . Simply studing with a drowsy mind is a waste of time . Insted sleep nicely get up early feel refreshed and u can study more

Thank you sir for your help i was having 2-3 hrs of sleep due to stress and it's been 7 weeks my head was feeling so heavy that i can't able to focus on my studies 😔✋ .....but now i will try your tips hope i work 😔

Very insightful for keeping the enthusiam while working and simultaneously preparing for Step 2 and every exam Praveen sir. Masturbation is a good sedative for serotonin but it is not a good not to make concentration debris and best is to avoid social handle and bad habits to avoid anxiety episodes.

I thought I'm the only one who oversleeps during exam days..some times dreams are way better than reality.. sleep gives some peace.. but I don't know how to overcome this

Yes, its unfortunate, last year too many students lost focus when the rumours were spread. Still there is a lot of time left, disengage from social media. Don't waste time. It's extremely unlikely

Sir I have same problem ,infact in my final exams ,i was prepared almost everything, but didnt get proper sleep in tym on days of examination, i along with my marks suffered,and same happening now during pg prep .. Sir is there any way to directly talk to u by giving consultaion charges ..... I also feel regret because i study whole year and beagin to loose battle bec of sleep problem.....
