Your team has been given the opportunity to undertake some simulation training.
This is an exciting way to develop both clinical and non-technical skills for individuals and teams within a safe learning environment.
As facilitators we appreciate that it a potentially stressful activity to undertake for the first time so we have filmed 2 short presentations to provide an insight into what you might expect from our simulations (Part 1) and subsequent debriefs (Part 2 - • Example of simulation ... ).
