Honestly guys, most people wouldn't of heard of example if it wasn't for his mainstream stuff, and i'm included in that, but now that i found his old stuff i prefer it to his new things, but its like everyone in the industry, i mean given the choice for fame and a fuck load of money or booking gigs in your local club for the rest of your life, we all know which one we would pick. And isn't half the reason of becoming a musician to become rich?

he wrote the lyrics for this song, but couldn't clear the jose gonzalez sample so he couldn't put in an album.. he liked he lyrics tho so he redid the tempo a bit, changed some of the words, wrote a new chorus and released it as 'watch the sun come up'... hope that clears that up...

@djantd2003 El released this mixtape in 2006, making it 4 years old. Your comment would suggest that this isn't 'proper hip-hop' so if he was making tunes like this then, why go see him? Stop sitting on your high horse and let artists develop and get the success they deserve however they choose too.
